I received my box today also. Received a tote like the navy/white striped, but mine is pink/white. All the serum bottles are 1/2 full, per pictures on the Surface website.

Did they substitute a soap for the Rose et Marius perfume roller? This box is a bit light for the price point plus the Surface Glow picture shows a few bottles of serum not one half filled one. Nothing is ever quite what they spoil. As to the LN bracelets, I have always thought they are flimsy. They are definitely not worth the price they assign them. That’s what one of their regular bracelet with chain and clasp cost. The ones we receive are not even sold on their website. Someone mentioned that they used to be sent as GWP when LN had gift with purchase offers. My box finally started moving last night, 18 days after label was made so I should receive it next week. Two more boxes left in my annual. I can’t wait for it to be over.

Thanks for posting what you got! I wish there is a way for you to post pictures. I think this box is pretty unique, I hope it addresses it shipping delay issues soon.

You’re lucky you at least got an email and tracking number! I have nothing, and the email I sent fell on deaf ears.

same here- they just create the labels- so we think they are doing something- such horrible service! Thought they were stepping it up with a better box- but not if we never get them!!!

This is beyond ridiculous now. Those ladies that got a refund of their remaining annual subscription were lucky. I’m kicking myself for not demanding one also.

As of June 4, still waiting for it to ship. I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other company or sub box. I cannot wait until the year sub is over:(

Got my shipping notice may 17 and still zero movement. Last time it took 12 days to get moving. So frustrating.

I got my emails that my boxes were on the way, but no actual tracking info. Been w them for well over a year and it always takes a few weeks to arrive once they ship for some reason.

Yeah do your antioxidant oil, essence, and or serum, with your roller, then your anti aging or acne cream on top, when you are done to seal everything in and heal at night. By day, top it off with your anti-aging sunscreen, the higher the SPF the better, of course. Especially since as your skin builds new collagen or gets rid of pigmentation scars any UV even indoors makes you more susceptible to new damage.
