info on all three brushes

The info card comes with a photo and short description of how you can use each brush. I’ve noticed a lot of these have multiple uses, and at the end of the day, you can really use each brush for whatever suits your needs best!

It’s good to note that you can check their blog for a video rundown of the brushes and how to use them as well.

This month the brushes all have rounded matte black handles and rose gold accents. The deluxe highlight fan and deluxe pointed powder are all white, while the deluxe blender is a brown to white ombre.

Morphe R35 Deluxe Blender Brush – Retail Value $8.00

I hate to say it but I feel like I’m at capacity with blender brushes this size. This is the 4th month in a row that I’ve received a blender brush, although they are usually called something slightly different. I”m going to chalk it up with not being advanced enough with my makeup to appreciate the subtle differences. At any rate, this one will mostly be used for eyeshadow blending for me. Let me know what you use yours for in the comments!

Morphe R12 Deluxe Highlight Fan Brush – Retail Value $7.00

Ooh la la! This is what I am talking about! This fan brush is the first of it’s kind that I’ve received and is very different than any other brushes I own. I’m really into highlighter these days, so it’s great to have a new tool to hone my skills with. Use this large 2.5-inch wide brush to delicately dust some powder or glitter across your cheekbones and down your nose to make your face pop!

Morphe R1 Deluxe Pointed Powder Brush – Retail Value $15.00

Powder brushes are another one I seem to be amassing quite a collection of. This one is pointed so it has a bit more control and allows me to set the concealer I use under my eyes and get into those corners. I can also use it with highlighter or bronzer to contour and get into those cheeks! It’s super soft and fluffy as well!

Verdict: MorpheMe Monthly Brush Club sent me three brushes this month for $19.99 that have a total retail value of $30.00. I’m a little bummed that two of the brushes seemed redundant to me, but when I receive 3-4 brushes a month, there are bound to be similarities and overlap at some point. The great thing though is that you can always trade in brushes you don’t want or need for ones that you do! Also- if you wear a lot more makeup than I do, you’ll want to replace your brushes as soon as once a year depending on wear and how well you keep up with cleaning.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Normally, you have until the 22nd to get the month’s set, but there is currently a waitlist.

From LiveGlam:

We’re in brush overload! By completing checkout you’ll be joining our waitlist and may not get this month’s brushes. We’ll email you and charge your card once a spot opens!

  1. Your blender looks like a duofiber brush – great when you want to pick up less product (say your shadow is ultra pigmented) 🙂

    • Oh, nice! That’s great to learn, Carrie! Thank you!
