Dia & Co. is a monthly plus size clothing subscription box that is personally curated for you by a Dia stylist. Upon enrolling with Dia, I filled out an extensive survey asking me about my clothing size/weight/height, price range, and also my style likes and dislikes. Every month my stylist selects five pieces that could be clothes or accessories to try out. If I like them, I have the option of buying them. There is a $20 per month service fee, but the fee can be applied to any purchases I opt to make. A 20% discount is applied if I choose to keep all five pieces too!
The items in my box are chosen personally for me dependent and reflective of my style and price preference, so the package you receive from Dia & Co. may be entirely different than mine!

Dia & Co. May 2018 Review
Here is that fashionable Dia & Co envelope I look forward to seeing every month!
Also enclosed in this precious envelope is a note from my stylist, Natalie, telling me why she selected the pieces she did for me along with some helpful styling tips. She also suggested I update my preferences on the Dia & Co site as well to further help with her monthly selections.
The other form is an invoice. Mine this month is blank, but I got a copy sent via email to provide the prices for each item. Generally, the invoice has a detailed list of the brand, name, color, size, and price of each item my stylist selected for me along with the grand total after the styling fee and 25% off ( if I opt to keep all five items) is applied. The total for the pieces came up to $276, but after $20 off and 25% adjustment is applied the balance would be $187. That means the savings would be $89 if I did decide to keep everything! That isn’t too shabby! That would be like getting the Haiku Ruffle dress or Rawan jeans for free!
Isadora Flutter Sleeve Blouse by East Adeline, Size 2x — Retail Value $45
Spring is here, and this top is a part of the welcoming committee! I was attracted immediately to the gorgeous color scheme of mustard, pink, white, and blue! The short, flutter sleeves are a dramatic touch that amps up an otherwise casual top. The fabric has limited stretch, but the 2x fit me perfectly. This top would pair well this with a mustard yellow pencil skirt I have and heels but also looks fantastic styled with the RWN jeans that Natalie picked out for me.
Belmont High Rise Compression Jean by RWN by Rawan, Size 22 — Retail Value $78
I have received quite a few pairs of Rawan brand jeans over this year and I am consistently impressed. I have only had one pair that didn’t fit, but that was an exception to all the stellar pairs I have reviewed. This particular pair may be my favorite. They have details of slight distress and the rinse is an ideal grey shade . They feel like they were made for me! The waistline hits me perfectly and the legs aren’t too tight or baggy! I envision wearing these with my favorite band shirts and platforms as well as booties and my faux leather biker jacket in the fall.
Chari Short Skirt by Junarose, Size 2x — Retail Value $49
Junarose is another brand that Dia & Co has previously sent me. One of my favorite Junarose pieces was one I purchased from my September Dia & Co box. I love that their pieces tend to be classic styles with modern twists and their price points are generally reasonable. This skirt is made from a stretchy, comfortable, t-shirt like fabric. It’s an easy going piece that’s perfect for summer. This would look great with a button down, short sleeved top for the office, but I opted to show a casual styling of this piece paired with my favorite vintage Monkees ringer t-shirt, red Maryjane shoes, dark denim jacket, aviator sunglasses, and the mustard, wristlet purse from this month’s box. I am casual Friday ready!
Sutton Wristlet in Orange — Retail Value $29
I am not sure how this purse was listed as orange when it appears to be a mustard yellow. It’s kind of like that blue/yellow dress debacle from years ago. Needless to say, whatever color this wristlet clutch is - I love it! The daisy cut out style adds an ultra-retro touch that I love. I absolutely adore that this bag has a removable interior you can put private items in. No one needs to see my debit card or ID, okay? I love this clutch and since I will be using it often this summer at shows and bar outings instead of my daily suitcase… I mean, purse.
Haiku Ruffle Dress by Marybelle, Size 2x — Retail Value $75
THIS DRESS! This may be my favorite piece Natalie sent my way this month! In the last few months I have received various pieces from different boxes that have an excessive amount of ruffles, but the ruffles on this dress are so romantic and endearingly sweet. The fabric is light and breezy, plus the cut is incredibly flattering. Star prints were a huge trend last fall and they are back again for the summer on this dress. I sense I will be wearing this dress often in the summer with my black jellies or Bad Sandy heels. I also am eager to style this in the fall with my large brimmed hat, tights, and buckled oxford boots. It will easily be able to translate to an October Stevie Nicks dream ensemble! Talk about a “Crystal Vision,” am I right?
Verdict: I love this month’s Dia & Co box! I like a lot of aspects of my April box, but it didn’t feel like it entirely had me in mind. This month was a big improvement. The pieces felt more personalized! The Rawan jeans fit me like a dream, the pattern of the East Adeline top and the purse were so retro, the Junarose skirt is something I will wear all the time, and the star dress the perfect mix of 70s disco meets modern day flair! I have no complaints this month and truly appreciate my stylist, Natalie, taking my feedback and Pinterest to heart with the pieces she sent my way. It just goes to show you that if you provide honest feedback, you just might get a dream box from your stylist! I am so excited to see what I get in my June box!

Value Breakdown: This box cost $20 with free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $276. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20.00 cost of the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I’d end up spending $187 for the whole box. Ultimately, that is roughly a 32% discount.
