Add items to your cart and then go to check out like normal. Click on the little picture of the cart. It should open a little window that says add code, use charms, etc.

Okay thank you I’ll try that 😁

Jamie

What time do new items post? They’re posting a few new items today.

I had so many charms that I was able to get two of the poredermabrasions completely free haha. I love that product it works wonders!

When you use charms…do you have to use your balance all at once?!?! Or can you use just a portion of them and the balance stays in your account?!?!

Sarah

You can use part of it and it will just deduct that amount from your charm bank. I had accumulated quite a few and got a Juice Beauty gloss a month or two ago and then just used up the rest on the Becca primer yesterday. I think the only issue with losing charms is i don’t think they carry over if you cancel.

There are 2 items here I’d want to redeem for but I’m not a current subscriber and really don’t want to re-subscribe prior to June (or later) :/

How often do they add charms?

Laura

I’m logged in and I clicked on an item but it doesn’t have add to cart anywhere??

Amy

Means out of stock if it’s like that

Thank you:) I read below and realized that after I posted:) I did get two things I wanted anyway. I don’t like that it did not let me stack my shipping coupon with my 20.00 off. It would only let me cancel that coupon – not input 2 different codes.

I saw them updating the store a few hours ago, and the items I wanted were sold out as soon as they posted. The charm shop feels like such a scam. They must have like a quantity of 2 of some of these items!

Oooh really?!?! I have always wondered about that because everytime I see something it’s sold out quick. I always thought it gets posted in many places and people just hurry up and start clicking away….but I’ve wondered how many they really have of items since they are hard to get. They seem to be from past boxes……i wonder if they will have any color pop pallettes out eventually?!?!

Agreed. I have a million charms and I don’t even review anymore. Doesn’t seem like there’s a point to it.

totally agree, a lot of product “buy from the brand”
