Vinyl Moon Volume 31 “The Nature of Inner Space” Review

This month’s theme was ‘The Nature of Inner Space’ and featured a new 10-track mixtape.

You’ll get this LP-sized information booklet. It’ll give you details about each artist and song you’re about to listen to – and gives you information about the graphic artist for the packaging.

How great is the artwork this month? It’s got that old-school punk vibe to it.

Front and back are just killer!

It even comes with a booklet!

I had to include every page in this review – it’s the first time they’ve included something like this and the artwork was just so good.

To no one’s surprise – the artwork and vibes carry over to the vinyl records and inner gatefold.

To my surprise, the music was entirely electronic. While it’s not my favorite genre, I thought the mix and song selection was really good! It turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

Verdict: Vinyl Moon keeps on kicking out the jams! Recently, they’ve even been sending out some info for vinyl from the bands on their mixtapes – I totally appreciated that and I was able to pick up a record from moonweather – a band I really enjoyed from the last mixtape.
