Vinyl shipping delays are well documented during the pandemic. Been a member pre covid and all of the albums arrive in due time. Fantastic service. Ignore the negative reviews here. Great music if you are into the indie scene.

I placed my order in the beginning of March and made the cut off to receive march’s vinyl. It’s now the end of April and I have b yet to receive a single record. They blame covid shipping issues however I have not experienced a single delay this bad from any of the small businesses I purchase from online. I received an item I ordered from Europe (I live in the USA) that was placed around the same time already so I’m unsure how valid the “shipping delays” really are.

HORRIBLE. I subscribed to this in January and have had money taken out twice now with ZERO product being fulfilled. This seems to still be in a concept phase and has not been fully flushed out which make this a SCAM. Love the idea but if you can’t fulfill on what you are selling then you are only selling LIES. The site provides NO WAY to cancel your subscription even though the “help” center provides explanation on how. The “action” column it lists doesn’t exist on the site. I have emailed their team so we will see how long it takes to cancel and if I ever get the (2) records I have paid for or preferably a refund. Without a doubt a SCAM and the team should go back to establish their business model before trying to sell to the public.
