I subscribed with this deal and received my probiotic serum, but not the sub box. I canceled soon after ordering though because I didn’t want to be billed for the next month. I wonder if that’s why. Anyone else only get the serum?

I too only received the serum and no box. I cancelled my sub as to not get the May box. I was still charged for the April box and am expecting to be receiving it soon. If not I will be in contact with customer service. I am not to worried about it as shippingvwith them always seems to be on the longer side.

WOW!! This is a great serum! I’m not really into the actual items that’s comin in this months box but this serum makes it SO worth it plus it’s selling on eBay for 75$ for the same size!

The magazine comes in the box. It’s a smaller size, and it’s also the Elle UK version. Cancelling is really easy, you just click the button in your sub details that says to stop auto-renew. Be prepared to still get one more month after that though, because there is a cutoff date (when, I don’t know) to cancel each month. I cancelled my annual, and apparently missed it, and got the next month (wasn’t mad tho, it was a great box) and then they cancelled it after that.

No shade intended truly but why would I need a probiotic in my face serum??? Considering them or glossybox depending upon spoilers.just wondering the marketing angle versus actual help to skin. Probiotics are everywhere from kefir to raw foods and apparently serums. Hmmnn.

Google is a really useful tool in discovering why you might want to try something new for facial care. Tula is big into probiotic facial care, and I got one of their cleansers as a FFF add-on one season, and it was really helpful in clearing up my daughter’s skin.

I had this box for over a year, and had only one somewhat disappointing month. Very worth the money, and they don’t often send out new subscriber freebies. I think the last one they did was December 2016/Jan 2017, because I had just missed the cutoff.
