Disney Treasures Subscription Box Review – Adventure

Disney Treasures was the latest subscription box from Funko. Like Funko’s other subscriptions – Smuggler’s BountyMarvel Collector Corps, and D.C. Legion of Collectors – this shipped every other month and was themed.

Please Note: Funko has ended their subscription option for these boxes. It has been revealed that Disney Treasures will be exclusively available via Hot Topic starting this summer.

This month’s theme was Adventure.

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

About Disney Treasures

The Subscription Box: Disney Treasures

Please Note: Funko has ended their subscription option for these boxes. It has been revealed that Disney Treasures will be exclusively available via Hot Topic starting this summer.

The Products: Each box features Funko figures and collectibles featuring characters from Classic Disney, Pixar Studios, and Disney Parks!

Ship To: US and Canada

Disney Treasures April 2018 ‘Adventure’ Review

The ‘Adventure’ box features items from Lilo and Stitch, The Rescuers, The Incredibles, Peter Pan, and Robin Hood.

Each month comes with a themed sticker to put on your box – the luggage design has changed for the box, but you can still pop this sticker on!

Patch + Pin – Value $10-15?

Some Funko subscriptions had started to experiment with different types of products – but Disney Treasures never swayed – so you always received a patch and pin.

This month’s patches features Robin Hood on the pin and Peter Pan on the patch.

The Rescuers – Orville, Bernard, and Miss Bianca POP Ride – Value $44 on Pop Price Guide

Now, THIS is an exclusive! The final subscription box includes what is THE best item from Disney Treasures!

This had such a big wingspan that it had to come disassembled in the box – something you don’t see too often from Funko items.

From the perfect paint job to the small little details of the characters and the little cockpit – everything here is perfect!

This is now a big highlight of my collection.

The Incredibles Mystery Mini Tin with Mrs. Incredible Figure – Value $15 on POP Price Guide

My second favorite item from this subscription was always the mystery tin line – and it finishes with one of my favorite Pixar movies, The Incredibles.

Everyone gets Mrs. Incredible as their mystery mini figure. Who else is excited about the sequel? Finally!

Stitch Luggage Tag – Value $10?

The final item in the box is a vinyl luggage tag that features Stitch!

Verdict: In my opinion, Disney Treasures was the best Funko subscription – and it’s honestly my least favorite of the 4 offered franchises – I think they just nailed it time and time again. This month was no different, and while I’m sad to see the ease of the subscription option go, we’ll be trying to snag these from their exclusive stores in the future.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. This was the last subscription box for Disney Treasures. Funko has ended their subscription option for these boxes. It has been revealed that Disney Treasures will be exclusively available via Hot Topic starting this summer.

Coupon – There are no coupons at this time.

  1. That Rescuers figure is fantastic!

  2. I am so pissed off cuz they say they delivered this box to my house but they didn’t. I was home all day on the day the tracking said it was delivered so I know it wasn’t. The post office hasn’t gotten back to me and Funko says that oops well we don’t have anymore so here’s your money back (which they have yet to give me). First they cancel their subscriptions and now this? So ya pissed off.
