Got an email from customer service about the damage caused by no packing material for this egg box that made an overseas trip. My moisturizer was damaged (it came open) and about 1/3 spilled everywhere. The pump is broken also. Customer servixe would not replace it but offered a $20 credit to my account or a 20% Refund of $17.30. My initial reaction here is disappointment. I was so excited to get this box and love every item but now I feel let down that the most expensive item (that was going to be my sister’s birthday present) is damaged. Was I asking too much to have a replacement sent? I’m still very new to sub boxes and haven’t had much experience with this situation. 🤔

I called them and after a few minutes of debating they put me on the list! They said since the replacements are being shipped manually that it may take about 30 days. Also we won’t get a new order notice so it will just show up. At least we know to call again after 30 days if it’s not here. Thanks so much for helping me!

I’m in a mood right now because of them… They shipped it on March 16 and as of today I didn’t receive it. It appears to be stuck in customs for over 2 weeks now. She tells me oh well you have to wait until after 30 days since we shipped for us to refund or replace it. What was I thinking dealing with the hut group again? I refuse to buy glossybox because of the poor customer service and the last time I bought from look fantastic was for the advent calendar which took forever. I didn’t receive it until after Christmas. Ugh why did I do this again… The Hut group has the worst custome service.

Mine came in today, the eggs were dented and the white frame where the eggs go into is cracked/broken in pieces on one side:/ Wanted to gift the box but won’t be able to do so..the Omorovicza Illuminating Moisturizer top is totally missing so I can’t pump any product out..I just emailed but kinda bummed about this. Everything else is amazing and the dry oil smells sooo good! can’t wait to use up these products!! (I’m wondering if any one’s box came bubble wrapped? mine was just in a box no protection at all)

Same here! All the Eggs are dented, the Illamasqua Veil Primer is scratched, and the Omorovicza lid is ruined as well! Very unhappy and now a waste of money I didn’t have to begin with!

There was no packing material around my round box. Several of the eggs were also dented. I wanted to gift a few of the eggs, but cannot do so now. I will look at the moisturizer to see if it’s defective.

I added quickly and this box is about $400 value. Customer service is trying to give credit instead of a shipping refund but if you insist they will refund your card. Said they had a meeting with all customer service. I can’t wait to get this box! Lots of new things to try.

Called to customer service, was told the mandatory tracked shipping was due to the high price of the product. It’s automatically default to it.
I wasn’t offered a refund or switched to regular shipping.
Guess it depends on which rep you get.

The site is also charging $9.99 for tracked shipping, it doesn’t specify anything other than tracked. You’ll need to dispute the charge if you want it free, as their site does state free shipping on orders over $25
