Beutyfix hasn’t contacted any other customers except MSA- their letter was directed to MSA, not all subscribers. To me, that’s false advertising. I’m a BF subscriber and I was sent a shipping notification after the MSA post which states at the bottom that my order is complete, not that they made a mistake and I should expect them to fix it.
If you add up the retail value that was sent with the tiny sample- and find that it is already pretty close to the $100 advertised. The note that BF sent to MSA said that they were looking into fulfilling the order with the correct value of products promised. Curious how BF interprets that correct value.
It’s already sketchy that they can’t bother to contact any customers other that MSA. Do all customers matter to BF, or only those with a blog? Some customers have already received their order. And apparently some customers are making assumptions based on a letter that was directed to MSA.
I’ve received 5 emails from BF/Derm store since March 3, most of them trying to sell me more items, yet none of them explains their error or plan to fix it.
Personally, I expect to receive a 1.7 oz Peter Roth mask, as advertised. Nothing less. I’ve not been contacted otherwise, so that’s what I expect. After receiving umpteen beauty boxes, I’ve certainly learned that some companies actually make an effort to communicate with their customers, and others do not.
