Refuse to until it’s worth it for me which is ye old 50% off! Until then I’ll wait or see when they get one for half off. I have $8 credit but still not interested until half off bc their cs sucks

I love their boxes but hate their customer service. All my issues have been resolved but it was entirely too much work. To get anything solved you have to blast them on social media, send messages through your account, and call. If I’m calling a company there is a problem, as I avoid talking to people. So much potential.

Thank you Cheryl! The box actually looks good (I love the Unani cleanser), but no, no, no on getting involved here.

They’ll do a warehouse-clearing sale soon. We can buy the box for $15 and no subscription at that time.

Ugh, Glossybox! I was subscribed and I received a damaged item and emailed them. They said they would replace it and never did I receive it. I emailed them and they asked if I wanted the item or a refund? I just went ahead and agreed for a refund. 4 months later still no replacement and no refund. Sigh. They’re so wrong.

Same. I got the broken and damaged lipstick a few months ago, and sent pictures (It was snapped in two pieces and dried out falling out of the tube. They said they would replace it, I stayed another 3 month, never heard anything back and I canceled.

Would be nice if they got better products and c.s and spent less on boxes and packaging that gets thrown away. I know a few boxes are good for storage, but 25 plus boxes are never needed. I’d rather have better products and c.s.

same. Have cancelled since and will not be back.

Agree totally, I have to advise anyone to stay away from this company. At this point their CS is so bad I would call it fraud. Claim a refund has been sent, products have been replaced and nothing ever happens. At a certain point you can no longer blame it on change. It becomes fraudulent service. I have been driven to the point of filing a claim with my cc company.. not because of the $21 but because of principal. Three months is too long and blaming my bank is simply irresponsible
