The Fashion Revolution began five years ago, after the collapse of Rana Plaza Factory in Bangladesh killed more than 1,100 people and injured more than 2,500 -- mostly young women. First box I’ve had interest in in a while. I still wish I didn’t have several months left prepaid. this company is so awful! They never ship on time (like with christmas and easter stuff, why have that as add ons, then not ship till so late it’s way after said holiday) the communication sucks too. we had boxes that were SOOO late in Nov and all they needed to do was let us know immediately but no. Also, don’t add ad- ons expecting the price when you click add on to stay the same before you are charged. I’ve had add ons go up DOUBLE the cost…and when I asked them about it they say it’s not possible to contact us first to let us know the increase. Why are you increasing things people have already chosen? That is so dishonest.They weren’t even apologetic about things being late. I love the products and the boxes used to be great (I’ve been with them 2 years) but now I never want the boxes and have been having to choose credit or skip each time, not nearly as fun. I also have to message them all the time because my subscription date keeps magically moving back, so I wouldn’t get the months I paid for…then they say whoops and fix it and it goes back again. Like what? Customer service has mostly been rude but lately a bit better, but if you are looking for a company that makes sure their customers are actually happy, this is NOT it. There are tons of amazing companies that are fair trade and support artisans. I am so sad at how much this company let me down now. I wanted to love it forever and I’ve spent many hundreds with them.

I like this box but the Caftan is too similar to that PopSugar cover-up we got last year, which I do like actually but I don’t need two of them. I would like to see the pineapple ring but I don’t see it in the pic?

It looks like it might be the time she’s wearing in the top pic. If you zoom in, it looks like it could be a pineapple.
