Each box comes with a folded card detailing the items included, and the prices of the full-size versions. And on the front cover is a cute print:

Now, on to the items!

Red Apple Lipstick Lip Liner in Barely Pink - FULL SIZE! Retail Value $22.90

This shade is a rosy pink with a matte finish and just a few flecks of shimmer. I love the color, and I found the formula to be creamy and heavily pigmented. (Swatched in lower photo.)

elate Clean Cosmetics Creme Revealer in Porcelain - 4 g Sample Value Listed $12

This creamy concealer provides good coverage and was easy to blend. Like most concealers, it has some shine, and you'll need powder to set it.

It didn't pass my undereye test because I have serious dark circles and lines under my eyes, but it worked well elsewhere on my face.

Here it is swatched beneath the lip liner:

Zabana Essentials Healing & Anti-Blemish Face Balm - 1 oz Value $15

This face balm is designed to combat acne, redness, scars, dermatitis, and reduce lines.

This is probably my favorite item in the box. I love the natural scent, and this balm is so soothing on my skin. You only need a pea-sized amount, and it still takes a while to fully absorb, so I'd recommend using this a nighttime skincare product.

Derma-E Purifying Daily Detox Scrub - .5 oz Sample Value Listed $2

(Good to know for swaps - this item has an inner foil seal.)

This charcoal face scrub is made with ground Apricot Seed Powder for the exfoliating part. It's not as gentle as some scrubs, but it didn't irritate my skin, and the cleaner didn't dry out my skin either.

Verdict: This box has a value of about $51.90 - I think that's good for a $18 beauty box. I'll use everything, and that facebalm will last me for a while!

The concealer was awful. It did not provide coverage and started clumping instantly. The only good thing was the balm. Compared to other boxes this one is not worth it in my opinion. I canceled my subscription.

So nice to see a product for fair skin in a box!

I’m really looking forward to trying that face balm (I love face balms… even in the summer!). It’s a pretty decent size, so I couldn’t believe it’s half of the full size. I know I’ll get a ton of use of the half-size, so I can’t imagine how long a full-size would last!

I have the same problem with really bad bags and lines under my eyes. What is your go to concealer for under eye?

My current go-to is the NYX Gotcha Covered (discovered in Target Beauty Box) – it’s only $5.99! 🙂 Hope that helps!
