Each box comes with a booklet that tells you more about the products included with tips on how to use them.

The booklet design is a little different this month.

And it seems like the boxes will have plain colors for 2018. (Perfect for storage for me!)

Now, on to the items!

Balance Me Congested Skin Serum – 7 ml Value $7.33

This serum is 99% natural and designed to help combat redness, blemishes and blocked pores. Unlike other serums, this is designed to be used as a spot treatment – apply it to blemish areas.

Blemishes aren’t my biggest skincare issue at the moment, but I can always use help with blackheads, so I gave this a go! It’s a lightweight, milky formula, and my favorite part is that it is scented with lemon essential oil!

Erno Laszlo Hydraphel Skin Supplement Lotion – 15 ml Value $4.04

(All subscribers will receive one of three Erno Laszlo toners. Hydraphel, White Marble, or Light Controlling.)

This toner is designed for dry, sensitive, and mature skin. I don’t think I’m at mature skin yet, but I’m getting there, so I was happy to get this as my variation. The formula was hydrating and gentle, I loved it. (No surprise though, I think I’ve loved everything I’ve sampled from this brand.)

ESPA Natural Beauty Inner Calm Pink Hair and Scalp Mud – 1 oz Value $12

This might be my favorite discovery in the box. It’s an ingredient-conscious natural brand, the formula smells lovely, and it was such a relaxing experience to massage this into my hair! It’s designed to help soothe and nourish the scalp, and condition hair. I thought my hair felt cleaner and softer after using it, but it’s pretty hard for me to notice differences in hair products.

MonuSpa Warming Ginger Bath & Body Oil – 40 ml Value $17.60

This is a thin oil that is great for adding to a bath or applying directly to your body. (Works for massages, too.) It’s an ingredient-conscious formula that is scented with a blend of Ginger, Lemongrass, and Orange Essential Oils. (AKA it smells amazing!)

ModelCo 3D Lash Primer – FULL SIZE? Retail Value $8

This primer coated my lashes well, helped with lash separation, and paired well with my mascara. No complaints!

Korres White Tea Fluid Gel Cleanser – 16 ml Value $1.72

(Good to know for swaps – this item has an inner foil seal.)

First, I should call out that this tube is probably 50% air. The formula is super gentle, but I ended up not liking the scent, so it didn’t matter how much product was in the tube!

And this box includes the latest issue of  Elle UK Magazine:

Value $5

I love getting this mini mag with the box – it’s a fun extra, and the size is great for throwing in your purse, too.

The Verdict: This month’s box has a value of about $50.69(not counting the magazine). I think that’s good for a $19 beauty box shipped from overseas! (And you can get the $16 a box annual price without having to pay the full amount up front, too.)

With the exception of the cleanser, every item in this box was a hit for me, so I’m happy with the value.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, this box has sold out. (This page will let you know what box is currently available.)

Coupon – No coupons at this time.

Value Breakdown: At $19 for this box, here’s what you are paying approximately per item:

  • Balance Me Serum: $2.75
  • Erno Laszlo: $1.51
  • ESPA Scalp Mud: $4.50
  • MonuSpa Oil: $6.60
  • ModelCo Primer: $3.00
  • Korres Cleanser: $.64

  1. Interested in this box.

    • This was my third box from them. I’ve liked all three. Each item in this box was good. I’ve used them all and been pleased. They shipped really fast this month which was awesome. It comes from England and I’m in the USA, so sometimes it takes a while. My favourite things were the ESPA scalp mud and the Erno Laszlo product. I feel each box has been worth the $16.00 (I have an annual subscription, so I get $3.00 off each box).
