Hello, I am from Ukraine and this is the first time ordering a beauty box. Can anyone tell me hw do you receive a notification that your box has arrived? Do you receive a letter? Because I didn’t leave phone number. And it’s said that it will be arriving from 22 January till 30. Its 28 of January and I am a bit worried whether I am going to receive it….

Hi Valeriiia! Unfortunately this box doesn’t give you any tracking information so you really just need to wait for the box to arrive. If they’ve given you a time frame then you should receive it very soon. I’m in the US and I have always received my box even if they are a day or two later due to going through our Customs agency. If you login to your account and it shows that your box has been sent then you will receive it. If you don’t receive it by February then you can send them an email or chat with their customer service team through your account on the website. I hope this helps and you feel more reassured. Sooo happy to see the Balance Me Congested Skin Serum! I normally prefer more makeup in a box, but I do need some skin care and generally rely on LF, Glossybox, and Birchbox to take care of me there, and they don’t disappoint! I don’t think I’ve purchased any skin care in about three years thanks to my subs. Except once – I purchased a full size Congested Skin Serum when my sample finally ran out, and now that one’s almost out. So this is perfect timing! It’s my fave product for the breakout-prone areas of my skin (chin and nose).

This may sound silly but is it hard to get scalp masks on your scalp if you have long/lots of hair? Does it absorb or get in all of your hair?

I have long thick hair. It’s not too hard if your hair is fairly clean and you go right into the root/scalp area. It’s a lot harder if you have product build-up or other dirt build up on your hair. Try it the day after you shampoo.

I don’t think it’s silly at all, I’ve got shoulder length hair that’s on the thin side and recently used one for oily scalp. You want to make sure that you are putting it in your roots & massage it into your scalp. Let it sit for the time it says to, and I would rinse & massage it thru in the shower cuz it was easier for me. Hope this helps! 😊❤️

The best thing I’ve ever used for my oily cycstic acne prone skin is the clarasonic. After using that now i really know what products work for my skin and which ones don’t. Also i subbed last year to numerous boxes and I’ve finally narrowed it down to my favs. Look fantastic, Beauty fix and Fabfitfun. Out of all the boxes these are the most consistent with the best products. Also I’m a mascara junkie so im all for getting a full size last primer. Awesome. And the balance me serum is wonderful. Mine lasted me for 6 months. You only need a small amount. It make my skin feel clean and refreshed. Anyway…..just wanted to share. Stay lovely ladies. And always build eachother up. We’re all beautiful!

@Stef, I’m a mascara junkie too! 😊❤️😊 I’m looking forward to trying out this primer cuz I’ve only just started using eyelash primers and the only one has been a drugstore one. I’ve been watching this box for a while now and in December I gave up a few others that weren’t working out (more for the giveaway pile than for me) so I decided to give this one a try. I really like to try higher quality products that honestly I’ll never be able to afford so it’s worth it to me even if I don’t get very much off each one, 😊.

yes, it appears that this month I’ll be paying 18 euro for a collection of tiny samples. This is quite disappointing.

Agreed! I’m in Canada so it’s even pricier for me and I’m disappointed at how tiny the samples are. I’ll give it a few more months and if it continues to be tiny samples then I will cancel. If I wanted samples then I am better off with ipsy.

I’ve had the congested skin serum before and honestly I don’t think that the tiny sample is enough to make any difference to my skin. It’s just too small to determine if it is something that I should purchase or not..I have oily skin and have not found a good serum for it yet that actually works well for me to help clear up the sebum and brighten. I would love to find a good serum that would fade my old acne scars too, but I know that is a lot to ask for too… All in all, I think this is a good quality box with several items that I’m excited to try 😊

Not sure if you ever tried it, but the Drunk Elephant tlc glycolic night serum is my go to for breakouts, especially when I’m a bit oilier in the summer. Mild breakouts are usually gone in 2-3 days.

Whamisa toner essence is amazing and kinda have a cult following.. essence is a less concentrated serum and act also as hydrating toner that packs a punch ( really popular Korean product). You can find it on sokoglam or cheaper on Costco.com.. would not buy on amazon: too much counterfeiting

Regardless of the link error, you “almost” bought a product you’ve never used for $132 (1035 HK). Come on….MSA can’t be blamed for that. The link may have been wrong (we all make mistakes) but no way that almost caused you to buy it. I’d never spend over $100 on any product that I’ve never tried just because I saw a link (again regardless if the link was correct or not).
