EarFleek Minimalist But Groovy December 2017 Review
I received a few extra cards in this month’s delivery of my earrings.
The first one being a download coupon for some of Jacob Restituto‘s music. Hmm- kinda random. I am a total music snob and Jacob didn’t really do it for me, but I appreciate EarFleek trying to expose me to new music.
Next, there is an ad informing you of a giveaway for a pair of Tiffany & Co earrings by making a post on Facebook. For each like you received on your post, you get one entry to win. The winner will be drawn on Facebook Live on February 2nd.
Then, there’s a promo code for 15% off of your first box from Angel Shave Club, a monthly shave subscription for women. I’m not familiar, but maybe it’s something we need to check out.
EarFleek also recently launched a perfume that you can purchase on their site called “Love In Paris”. The business card has the web address and has been spritzed by the perfume so you can give it a whiff. It has a sweet floral smell which kind of reminds me of the Hello Kitty perfume that they used to have at Sephora.
You always receive a card that has the #earfleek hashtag and their email address if you have any questions.
As my free gift this time around, they’ve included a pink hair elastic like they did last month. I can always use these, so it’s a small but solid win.
Now, to the earrings! I should note that it looks like they’ve recently added a shop to their site, so you can purchase a specific pair if you like what you see. They are priced slightly higher to do so though.
Instead of coming on a card, the earrings are packed in a plastic resealable pouch and stuck into a rubbery tube to keep them from poking out of the envelope.
Gold and Black Infinity Earrings
These half-inch wide earrings are indeed minimal, but miss the mark for me personally. Everyone has their own opinion on what “minimal” is, as I have learned via my the gifts my Mother buys me and then defends by saying “What? It’s PLAIN!”. True, these do not have very much going on, but even though they are one of my favorite hues (black), I will probably be passing these on to a pal.
Here’s a pic to get an idea of their size.
EarFleek missed the mark for me this month, but at $3.49, I’m not too hurt by it. They may come in handy if I need a little something to pop in my ear, but I can always try and trade with Anna if she received something that I like and she maybe would pass on. I’m a finicky lady when it comes to accessories, but I enjoy showing you all what I receive each month and hear what you have to say!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Earfleek is random, so you may not get the same earrings that I did.
