Play! By Sephora December 2017 Box Full Product Reveal Video

I put in a order with Sephora in November and ended up having to call them. It took them 14 days to mail my order out! I had to call them. I ran out of my Sunday Riley night Luna waiting. If I had known I would of drove to Sephora and bought it.

Agreed. Mine will be fine at my front desk, but last month it had already shipped and arrived on the 14th :[ There’s a chance people might not even get it until after Christmas because there’s already so much mail at this time of year. Not very smart, Sephora.

Can you go to the post office and put a hold on your mail? That’s a long time for anything to sit there. When my mom goes out of town, for over few days she puts a hold on her mail. Then you just go pick it all up, when you return.

That’s my # too! Anyone want the DryBar and/or the Laura Mercier Eye Basics? I do not need another primer and I’m allergic to something Drybar uses in their products. 🙃

Noo I wanted the Clinique liquid liner. I hate glosses and that perfume and I already have the smashbox eyeshadow duo. The ptr I’m neutral on but I’m only excited about the eye basics and triple sec…that’s it…2 out of 5 or 6 if you count the perfume. Ugh my perfect box would have been the Clinique liquid liner, Laura Mercier eye basics, drybar triple sec, bumble and bumble thickening volume hairspray, and I didn’t have a preference on the skincare but I would have chose atelier clementine california because it’s one of my favorite perfumes. You can’t always get what you want. I’m debating about cancelling. :/

I just canceled Sephora AND ipsy for Allure and Ricky’s NYC. New year, new me. Our tastes and needs change periodically – nothing wrong with shaking it up!

Haha! Glad I’m not the only one who feels this way! Smells like my great aunt and gives me a migraine. Worst one so far was the Elizabeth and James rose perfume. Horrible! Spilled in the box during shipping and I had to get a new box sent out. 😝😝😝

DITTO and once more on the ” NO Lavender”.
I actually sprayed a tiny ” pillow spray” right in my face last week ( it was too tiny to see the aim of the nozzle) and it was full of lavender. Horrible headache due to allergies.

I actually love rose-scented anything, and I’m not a grandma. The more modern rose scents (to my nose, anyway) are “greener”, and incorporate more of the true scent of roses which includes the leaves ands stem, not just the sweeter blooms. Fortunately there are lots of fragrance options this month, so hopefully everyone gets one that suits their personal taste.

Well I will be the first person you know that likes some things rose scented! 😉Depending on what the product is and how strong it is I don’t mind. Lol 😋😋😋😎😎😎

Indeed! Rose-scented anything seems very grandmotherly to me.

I personally don’t think they put enough of those in my bag. To each her own.

It says in the description of the box on their website that it’s shipped around 3rd week of month.
Come on, it’s just $10 and you get a ton of name brands. People are so entitled these days lol

The whole point of subscription boxes is to try a product, find what you like and buy full size. It’s not about supplying you with makeup

A lot of them are also probably leftovers from Beauty Insider Rewards and gifts with purchase too. I know the Cicapair cream, Smashbox eyeshadow, and Laura Mercier Eye Basics and Caviar sticks are all duplicated from those.

I JUST got the CoverFx drops from them in Oct. It’s odd to me that they’d act like they didn’t just send this. I know people really wanted / still want the drops, but I have porcelain skin and find them too dark to use as anything but a cream eyeshadow. I definitely don’t need a second bottle within two months.

Thanks to play I have received at least 6 of the spoilers and have even bought full sizes of the ones I liked. So, I’m really not excited to receive the same samples again. At the moment the only reason why I’m still subbing is because of the 50 points but after subbing to Beautyfix and getting off the waiting list with Boxycharm, I think it’s time to cancel and rather get the Allure box instead.

Looks like they are sending more make up items, then when I was getting it. I cancelled in July and haven’t regretted it…but this month. Lol. If they make it a habit of doing more make up, less skin & hair care – I might re-sub. I wasn’t getting much make up at all with them before.

I agree – I cancelled a few months ago but this box looks really nice. I feel like the problem always is though that there a couple of items I wouldn’t be happy to get or have and of course those would be the ones I’d get haha
