My box number is showing I am getting 957 and FYI people are getting points for the double billing mix up so email or call and ask for them.

I might be in the minority, but I love getting mascaras in my Play box. I have sensitive eyes, so tend to stick to my boring Clinique for daily wear, but love trying other things and having some minis on hand for travel and/or special occasions. It sure beats spending $20-30 on a full size of something new only to have an allergic reaction after using it a few times…

I for some reason (after being a member for a few months now) was charged twice for my subscription this month. Looks like it’s the same exact box, just different orders and two different charges? Also, Sephora’s hold music is awful….
Just thought I’d post incase it happened to anyone else and they aren’t aware!

I got an email from them before I noticed my double charge. They said it was an error and that I will only be charged once.

I too was charged twice by Sephora for my play box. I just got off the phone with a rep at Sephora who told me that once the boxes ship out people are to call them and provide a tracking number to get a refund for one of the two charges. My play box doesn’t normally ship out until the third week of the month if not later. I told The customer service rep that I would just file a dispute with my bank.

They said they are cancelling the order and to expect a refund within 7-10 business days. Annoying, but what can ya do.

Eh, not interested. So many mascaras already and the sizes have been teeny tiny!

I think box numbers typically aren’t available until the 3rd-5th of the month. Not too much longer! 🙂

I cancelled Play! yesterday and this spoiler does not make me regret my decision. I have been underwhelmed for the past 4 months or so. Nothing wrong with the products, just too many repeats or same types. I hope current subscribers are thrilled though 🙂

Sara I didn’t know there was a mascara out there that came off with only water. Do tell please.

Those tubing mascaras all come off with only water, although it takes a lot and you have to press. That’s it, though. Any other mascara is going to need actual cleanser/makeup remover.

I don’t know which mascara Sara is talking about, and I’m not sure if you’re being sarcastic or not, but if you’re actually looking for one I got a Juice Beauty phyto-pigments natural mascara from Ipsy a few months back, and it comes off with just water very cleanly and easily.

I also just received the full size from Allure but I do like this mascara a lot so I’m happy.

I got this free from Allure a couple of months back.
It’s fine, didn’t knock my socks off.
I didn’t like that it doesn’t easily come off with just water though. You’ll need some kind of makeup remover.
