  1. I too used the Halloween17 offer. I contacted costumer service several times and I provided all of my PayPal information and invoice numbers. I never really got much of a response, but I finally received my November box on Monday and my October box today.

    • *I never received shipping confirmation emails or tracking numbers, they just showed up. And I didn’t call, I just contacted their costumer service through their website.

  2. I’ve had the same experience as so many others here….ordered the special 10$ a month for three months at the end of Oct. They debited my PP account twice, and I have yet to see any boxes. Customer service took several days to respond, and then asked me to fill out and send them a form, stating that I did not get the boxes. BTW they also say that they have changed ownership, and give this excuse for the incompetence. I’ll give them another week, then take it up with paypal. DO NOT EVEN LOOK AND SEE WHAT NICE THINGS ARE IN THESE BOXES, BECAUSE YOU WILL PROBABLY NOT GET THEM!

    • I finally got a reply to my email a week later. Said the same thing, that I have to fill out this form and somehow actually sign it and send back. I don’t have a computer. All I have is my phone and I live in the sticks. I have NEVER had a company respond this way and I’ve subscribed to over 50 different boxes over the last few years. I am beyond pissed. I will NEVER deal with Glossy again and I’m going to cancel my Look Fantastic box (which I actually love) because I refuse to do business with this company. Ugh!!!!

    • I finally received my November box today for the $10 special. It is gorgeous and the lippie is not broken. I wish they would get their act together because their boxes are a joy to open…

  3. I had the same thing happy payed for Oct on the 30th and never got a box and payed for Nov on Nov 7th. I payed with Paypal. I sent messages and when I do get a reply it’s always dancing around never answering zip. I told them I’m going through Paypal and then they were quick to refund me. Days went by so then I filed 2 claims for both and got a refund the next day…The kicker is yesterday I received the November box out of the blue and felt bad because I got my money back for it. Gosh they really do know how to pack a box like very few do. I loved the box the most…lol…Im still getting the holiday box because I never bought a advent calendar.

    • Ordered October 31 with the Halloween17 – 3 months @ $10 each. Have communicated online with CS asking whereabouts of Oct and Nov boxes since I was charged for both AND asked about my account and no address showing…..they got back with me re: address saying I need to add it myself WHICH I CAN’T with their website. AND no response re: my two boxes.

      I’ll contact my bank Monday. I’ll give them a few more days…I may get a sneak attack box delivered like you did…! 🙁

      • I received my November box yesterday. When I inquired about October box, I was told to fill out a form to put in for a missing box which I will. The November is a nice one, btw.

    • I received my Oct box today looking at pretty in pink. Amost a month late but it came and I FEEL SO BAD NOW! They refunded me my money. These boxes are amazing for 10.I emailed them about me getting the November box already . I feel really awful now.

  4. They could be giving away boxes for $1 and I still wouldn’t want one. Their customer service is that bad 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

    • I have to agree. I wanted so badly to TRY them.. went to CS first with a question.. RADIO SILENCE.

      Bad sign. I will not sign up.

  6. They couldn’t offer any deal that would make it worth dealing with their horrible CS or lack of business sense. Not to mention how little they care about their customers. They’d have to pay me, at this point.

  7. Now this is too much! I ordered using the tablet code for 3 months at $10 each. They cancelled after I only received October box. So, what was in my email? an offer to purchase the same box they just cancelled and I haven’t even received my refund! These people are TOO much. That doesn’t even detail all their other mistakes recently with my account. No thanks.

    • At least you got something. I ordered the $10/month for 3 months in October and so far I have NOTHING.

      • I have been charged for the October box and the November box – I received the November box last Friday, but have not seen the October box yet. Also, I have not been receiving any shipping notifications, and there is no way I can see to track shipments anymore. I emailed them, and I have heard nothing. This is actually the first bad experience I have had with them, but sounds like the poor service is rampant.

  8. That’s it? What kind of a deal is this? After all their “mistakes” I was expecting something a LOT more generous.

  9. I went for the $10/month deal last October 30th. I haven’t received my box. When I called customer service last week they said, that if I don’t get it by end of week, I should call them. I called again and this time, the CSR said that it was dispatched on October 31st. So she gave me a form to fill out and scan back to them to say I did not receive it. I also haven’t received my November Box. Once I get both boxes I will cancel, $10/month may be a good deal if you actually get the box! Oh my!

    • I read a few comments on social media from people that signed up for the $10 deal around Halloween. Not the tablet deal, the later one. They said they were told that deal wasn’t for US customers and their $ was refunded. Not sure if that’s actually true or if cs agents are confused, which wouldn’t be surprising after the month they just had lol.

    • Same boat here. I also ordered the Limited Edition box at the same time. No boxes yet. I’ve dealt with CS online so far. I’m going to call Wednesday. Ugh. So frustrating. No tracking numbers, useless website and CS who don’t seem to know anything. I feel like they aren’t trained in well. I feel so bad for their support team, they must spend all day dealing with unhappy customers.

    • Lia, I am in the same boat as you. At least they told you that will get the boxes. When I emailed and called, they couldn’t even tell me what is going on. They weren’t even able to tell me if I was charged and recommended I should look at my bank account. Today, they emailed me and said they will look into it. I already cancelled but I got charged for 2 months with no boxes in sight. After Thansgiving, I will have to get my credit card involved and try to get reimbursed.

  10. I really wanted the $10/ea for 3 month deal, and I missed it last time because I didn’t realize it expired. 🙁 If they are doing this, it probably means they aren’t doing that one again soon. Bummer.

  13. How easy is it to cancel after ordering? Can you do it online or do you need to call? I always hate calling and having to deal with customer service begging you to stay with them. I’m on the fence with this one. Half off the boxes great, but I’ve heard so many terrible things about customer service 🙁

    • I almost ordered until I read the terms. Since it’s already past the 15th you have to pay for and receive December’s box as well, so if you are okay with that then it looks like they have a cancel button on their page…

      • Ah, sneaky! So really, this box is a BOGO almost 50% off. Not nearly as good of a deal when you look at it that way!

    • I’m wondering this as well. I want to order this box, then cancel. I’m worried it’ll be a hassle, though.
