This month, I received Pumpkin Bread: honey granola, sweet ginger organic coconut chips, cinnamon, and pepitas and Hot Toddy: honey granola, bourbon flavor (non-alcoholic), praline pecans, and cinnamon.

From the packaging tape to the canister lids, there are so many cute details.

Pumpkin Bread, 11 0z.

This seasonally appropriate blend has a honey granola base with cinnamon, organic pepitas, and sweet ginger organic coconut chips sprinkled throughout. It has that spiced, holiday flavor without being pumpkin spice latte-style sweet. As usual with Bear Naked Custom Made Granola, this mix is also super crunchy! The coconut chips give a nice chewiness as well. I enjoyed this granola blend straight out of the bag, but the small pieces lend themselves better to being mixed in with milk or yogurt (my preferred method). Seriously delicious.

Hot Toddy, 11 0z.

As its name suggests, this mix has a little bit of a boozy undertone! It starts with a base of honey granola and bourbon flavor, cinnamon, and praline pecans are added. I was SO surprised by the strong scent of alcohol upon opening the package, but this mix is actually alcohol-free. The praline pecans mix with the hot toddy flavors for that perfect holiday cocktail vibe… except… in granola form. Strangely unique, but so good.

Verdict: This was my third curated box of granola from Bear Naked Custom Made Granola and my favorite one of all. I absolutely love that their flavors are so consistently interesting, and I continue to be thrilled by the adorable packaging. At $18.99 per box, each 11 0z. canister comes in at around $9. As an avid consumer of granola, that’s totally worth the value… especially for such special blends. Since October was all about those classic fall flavors, I’m anticipating what flavor combinations Thanksgiving and Christmas will bring about!

  1. I know this sub seems pricey for granola but it looks delicious and worth it. I’m giving in and getting it for my fiancé.
