A-Box has some really great packaging – the Limited Edition box have higher-end versions of packaging – but even the monthly box has smaller items in smaller compartments to help get it to you in the best possible condition.

The ‘Horrors’ box featured items from The Evil Within, IT, Alien, The Shining, and Alfred Hitchcock.

You’ll get an information card the details the items in your box – and this month included a randomly inserted Gremlins extra – jealous!

Jigsaw Pin – Value $5?

This month includes a pin that aligns with the Horror theme – it’s Jigsaw’s little blade from Saw.

This pin is a bit more unique – it spins!

Alfred Hitchcock Shirt – Value $15?

This month’s exclusive shirt features the master of horror – Alfred Hitchcock. I am loving the design, it feels like the perfect nod to The Birds and the man himself.

Pennywise POP – Value $10 on Amazon

Every box included the classic Tim Curry Pennywise from the TV movie!

Talk about a movie that completely scared me as a child! This is definitely the big one in that department. I love the new movie, too – I can’t wait to see it a 3rd time!

2 Alien Titan Blind Box Figures – Value $18 for 2 on Amazon

Every subscriber will get two blind box figures from Titan this month. Both are from the Alien franchise – but the characters are a total mystery.

I got Ash in a Nostromo get-up, and…

The CHESTBURSTER ALIEN!!!!

I mean, how great is this one!

The Shining Jack’s Journal – Value $12 on ThinkGeek

This is my favorite item of the month. I’m a big Stephen King fan – so to get this + Pennywise was a major win this month!

There are a lot of little bits of detail throughout this journal. The hardback journal feels like its really high quality!

You’ll get that classic typewrite at the bottom of all 232 pages – it also includes a ribbon for keeping your page.

The Evil Within The Interlude #1 – Value $3.99 + Exclusive Variant Cover

The last item in the box is from The Evil Within video game.

This interlude comic series adds a little bit to piece together the original game and the upcoming second game – which is just around the corner!

Verdict: This box is a little higher priced at $35, but I’ve been enjoying the items so far and my values add up to around $64 in value – so that’s a really good return! I like the exclusive items in this box – and I’m hoping to see more exclusives in future monthly boxes – their limited edition boxes have been so fun and I think the monthly box might benefit even more with those types of touches.

  1. Not typically a box I’d be into, but I really like this.

A little steep though, especially for two figurines I’m not a huge fan over.

  2. I need that Tshirt badly!!! It’s wonderful!
