Ugh, spoiler #4 was on Insta – HUM packets. I loved the first two spoilers and didn’t hate the third, so I can just ignore those.

It does say that the August box is sold out. But it won’t let you place an order for a subscription at all.

I called customer service this evening because I kept getting charged for two boxes…their CS is great btw. She took care of the problem and told me the boxes should be shipping out tomorrow.

Dermstore is owned by Target, so you would expect big store customer service and support. I agree, their customer service is excellent. Once I cancelled my subscription by email on the 30th of the prior month and they shipped anyway. They gave me the box for free.

Toni

Why will my first box be for august when it’s September?

I checked the site sporadically because I was unsure why I hadn’t been charged yet. Up until this evening it said August. Now it won’t even give you an option to sub because it says sold out. They’re likely transitioning the system to September now so it should be good to go in the morning.

Sorry about the double post. The initial one didn’t show up but it wouldn’t let me repost a duplicate.

I think they’re in the process of switching to September now. I was wondering why I hadn’t been charged yet so I checked the site. If you ordered a new sub it was the August box. Now you can’t even order because it says sold out. So hopefully everything will be good to go in the morning.

Looks like they forgot to change the text in the post, your first box should be the September one unless you signed up in August.

I might have to do 2 boxes this month…. The décolleté cream is worth that alone. i was told by a friend that this cream is well worth the $$$ 🙂

Love this box!! It never disappoints for high end skincare. The products aren’t always deluxe size but it’s the discovery that I’m interested in.

With the Nia & the Dermalogica spoilers, I already decided I’m going in for two boxes this month. I bet the rest of the items will be tiny, but hopefully worthwhile. This box looks like it’ll at least be heavier than the last few.

I may have to resubscribe next month, the baby samples a few months back made me unsubscribe.

Don’t get the haters – the Nia24 alone is worth 60 bucks! Looking forward to this box – the rest is all gravy!

Great spoilers! I’ll be using all of these! I’ve been wanting to try the Dermalogica precleanse and I love micellar water. Bioderma is a trusted brand and I use their toner. Love the neck and décolletage cream as I don’t like to waste my face cream due to the high cost. Great spoilers! I don’t understand the complaints for this box. Every month for $25 you get new and often costly products try. Love, love, love it!

I canceled to avoid August, & it looks like I’ll be skipping September too 😔

Missy

Why??

Julia

I really want this box, but I don’t want August’s box and that’s what comes up when I try do either a one time purchase or subscribe.

Perhaps it’ll be updated after today (Labor Day)?

I hope so!

BeautyFix rarely disappoints – love all the spoilers, so far!

I have this sample from birchbox LE but haven’t tried it yet. A useful item for sure.

Beautyfix is not doing it for me lately! The fact that the foreo box did not sell out with coupons should tell them they are not on the right track! They only spoil the good items so if they are showing a miceller water for under $7 that’s not a good sign for the rest.

vanessa

EXACTLY!

Love the items so far! I really look forward to this box every month! The décolleté cream is exciting to try. I am 55 and didn’t do skin care on my face like I should have. Trying to back-peddle the effects of sun damage and lack of care on my dry skin!! This is the box for that for sure!

Ohh, looking forward to trying this for removing my mascara. So far I’m enjoying all of the spoilers! I LOVE getting so much nice skincare each month, though I do hope we get a lipstick or something in this box.
