Subscriber Survey: What’s A Halloween Costume You Can Make with Subscription Box Items?

Sunday Subscriber Survey time! I know it's still technically summer, but with all these Fall Box spoilers, I'm in autumn mode! And I think it's time for a fun Halloween question!

What's a Halloween costume you could make with one (or more) subscription box items?

My first thought was the Pusheen costume from their Fall 2016 box:

But I'm sure you can think of a much more creative idea than my cop-out!

(Any swan costume ideas?) 🙂

P.S. If you have an idea for a future Subscriber Survey question, let me know in the comments!

Just put on all of the clothes, accessories, shoes, and make-up from all of the subscriptions that I ended up with and go as a “Subscription Box Addict”. Don’t forget to BYOB in the leather wine bag from RV.

The Rocko’s Modern life Nick Box shirt!

An Ipsy pink envelope dress! Or skirt with some glambags for the top! I would use the Ipsy products I have received for a dramatic makeup! 😁

I think Pusheen is an easy sub box to get item’s to make an ideal costume. You have shirt’s, sock’s and can alway’s wear a pink leotard.

Well I used a cream blush from I think glossybox doing makeup for a 1920s party earlier this year, not sure that counts! Cream blush is historically accurate to the period.

I’ve seen people complaining about hats, surely there’s some use for those, whether floppy sun hats or baseball caps or whatever. I don’t know, Indiana Jones or a frat boy….

Same with all the scarves/wraps/sarongs. Some kind of cheesy fortune teller deal? Just scarves everywhere, as a shawl, on your head, as a sash, as an apron. All you’d need out of your regular closet would be a long skirt and a blouse.

Or just cover your face and hands with all the highlighters you’ve ever been sent and do like a living statue deal.

I like the idea of all the highlighters as a living statue! Lord knows, we’ve all got plenty of them! That work great as a ghostly lady, too!

How about the ears and tail from Pusheen box last fall? My daughter wears them just for funsies but it could totally be a cute costume!

Don’t forget the Spongebob hat and spatula from the last Nick Box. And didn’t a BeautyCon box have some Minnie Mouse ears?

Just wear a sheet mask! Bonus points for an animal face one 😂 It’s double duty, you can hydrate your skin while collecting candy!

Piece together a bunch of empty sub boxes like they are a mish mash armor with all the “brands” on the boxes showing and when someone asks what you are supposed to be say “a problem” XD

Terry

LMAO!!!

Pin inflated PSMH swan to a white dress, and voila! You are Bjork.

Beka

That is hilarious. Thank God there weren’t any steak/meat cuts floaties or someone could go as Lady Gaga?! 🤣

Maggie

That would be an amazing couples costume, inflatable versions of Gaga & Bjork!

Terry

You guys are so creative, and funny!

I used a couple of the Shibori scarves from GlobeIn as part of a cobbled-together pirate costume last year.
