Good To Know: This box doesn't include an information card.
I've only received a few boxes from Toy Box Monthly - check out Jessica's reviews from 2016 to see a bit more. There are no themes and no cards - you'll just get a random assortment of toys!
MEGA Construx Halo Challenger Series - Value $8.50 on Amazon
My first toy was a blind bag that featured 1 of 8 possible Halo figures.
You'll have a few pieces to put together with each figure.
The figures come with a little stand for easy display. Of the 8 possible figures, one is Ultra Rare and 2 are Rare finds within these blind bags - I pulled a common figure, though.
Ecto Mini Blind Bag - Value $5 on Amazon
My second blind bag toy featured characters from last year's Ghostbusters film.
I couldn't have pulled a better character for my taste! This is a tiny, 1.5 inch Slimer.
It's a translucent hard plastic that glows in the dark!
Star Wars MyMoji Blind Bag - Value $5-6 based on similar Amazon products
My third blind bag features Star Wars - yes!
The packaging shows of a few variants of MyMoji figures that you might receive.
I got Chewbacca! Chewy is the same height as the little Slimer - so about 1.5 inches tall.
These are pretty basic and are made to be collected and not really played with - there are 24 different Star Wars emoji figures to collect.
Pirates of the Caribbean Pirate Battle Figure - Value $13 on Amazon
A 3 pack is priced at $40 on Amazon which seems a bit high - but that's what I'm basing my value guess on.
There are 14 characters to collect in this series - I pulled Henry Turner as my figure.
The figure is about 2 inches tall. It's also pretty basic - no articulation or anything like that - just a little vinyl figure to collect.
Jeff Corvette Car - Value $9 on Amazon
The last two items go together and are probably the two biggest items in this month's box. The first is a die-cast car from the movie Cars.
The car is about 3 inches long - think Hot Wheels - and is ready to go on the track! Speaking of that...
Willy's Butte Track Pack - Value $7 on Amazon
You'll get a little track from Cars as well!
This is part of other track sets to put together and make your own little Cars world.
These are simple to click together and adjust to your liking.
Pair it with your new car and you're on the way to building your own little track.
Verdict: My values come to around $48.50 - that's really great for a $20 box. So, the value is there, but the challenge with this box is deciding if you're fine with a total blind box of toys - if you are, this could be a good option to refresh your kids' toys each month.
