Subscriber Survey: What Subscription Items Are You Using This Weekend?

I’m doing the natural, healthy and relaxing thing (or so I tell myself) over this long holiday weekend so the only sub box items I have used are the Juice Beauty reflecting lip gloss from Boxycharm (only makeup all weekend long), the Biobelle sheet mask from Boxycharm, the Karuna sheet mask from FabFitFun Spring, the Rituals of Sakura scrub and shower oil from the Glossy LE, the Vichy Mineral Hyaluronic Booster from Glossy LE Mother’s Day Box, and the Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hylauronic Cloud Cream from Sephora Play.

I didn’t even realize how many sub box items I actually used this long holiday weekend.

I love my gold compass necklace from summer BOS 2017. I haven’t taken it off since I got it! Almost all my skincare and makeup is from sub boxes.

Headed to San Diego with my Mar Y Sol tote from PopSugar Summer LTD ED, sunscreen, sunglasses and coverup from Rachel Zoe summer box, 2 v-neck tshirts from JustFab, gold sunhorn necklace from Emma & Chloe and makeup from BoxyCharm! I’m kind of a sub box junkie…but at least I use all my stuff!!! 🙂

I’ll be using my diamond glow powder from Artist Couture in Illuminati. I am so in love with this highlighter!!!

I’ve been using the TarteGuard sunscreen from the April Glossybox daily! It is such a great product because it isn’t a plain face sunscreen, it also really brightens the skin, which was unexpected but awesome! Other sub box summer favorites have been the NYX whipped lip and cheek color to add some quick, subtle color, the City Color bronze shimmer shadow with the Beauty for Real gold liner, and Naked cosmetics banana powder, all from ipsy!

Definitely red lipsticks that I got sometime in the last year in Ipsy and Sephora boxes and probably a lot of other sunscreen and make-up items :-).

Today’s sub box items included a green dress, a bird covered purse, elastic ribbon hair tie, bamboo panties, nail polish, a leftover try the world box to store my nail polish, a vanilla body scrub, lotion, a Gillette razor, vanilla bath oil, a Sanrio keychain, a cat toy, and sea salt.

a big bag to throw everything in, sunscreen, water bottle, lip stuff, waterproof mascara, hair balm, deodorant, mascara, stick cream blush, toothpaste, blemish mud mask, more and
more, because, dammit if i’m gonna spend so much money on this stuff I need to use it,,,i feel a bit priviledged that I can buy stuff…I have spent like maybe 1000 bucks this year…it’s piled up in my bathtub

Wearing multiple bracelets from Pura Vida, make-up from Tarte bag, Tarte foundation, Tarte lipgloss. Eyeshadow from Boxy Charm by Real her. Mascara from my ipsy bag that I love by Docce. Cheek parfait from my So Susan LipLove bag. Washed my hair with the Strawberry Yogurt Shampoo I received in Boxycharm. I love that stuff.
Highlighter from So Susan. Glasses from Pop sugar. Polish by NCLA in Nudes Volume 1 from my add ons from FFF Spring collection. And eyeliner from my ipsy bag with tattoo Star under my left eye and as a mole ubove my lip. What fun.

I only subscribe to RZ BOS, but now on vacation I have with me Winter 2016’s Sunday Riley Tidal and Danger Dover card case, the Mauve It Cosmetics lip stain from Fall 2016 and the Mara Hoffman sarong from Summer 2015! Not too bad for one box subscription, especially since I’ve skipped almost half of them.

Lipgloss from the June Benevolent Beauty Box. Coasters, toothpicks, Salt Spray, Mermaid Tears cuticle oil, eyeshadow, and nail polish from Popsugar. When Popsugar was on Gilt I bought 2 of the boxes there, then the summer LE Box, and monthly boxes. I got a little bonus from work a while back and went box crazy 😀

Ipsy Beauty for real chocolate fix eyeliner. The eyeliner is the best eyeliner so many compliments it’s a true chocolate. I’m going buy this when it get low The best! My hair is almost black and my eyes are very blue. This eyeliner makes them pop even more.

Took a bath earlier with an amazing bath bomb from Lavish Bath Box, while reading the popsugar book! My nails are the teal Modish Polish from Mommy Mailbox. Most of my skin care and makeup products are from Terra Bella Box and popsugar.

Wow! This was a wakeup call for me. I have been getting multiple boxes monthly and seasonally for months and this made me realize, I’m just hoarding! I’ve used maybe 4 things, out of the hundreds I have recieved. Purge and unsub time!

The PopSugar sunglasses (limited edition). Various sunscreens. The new fitness oil from FFF. Oh my gosh. Everything skincare and make-up. Just opened the Juice Beauty lipgloss in fig. It is so awesome for me. Not sticky or overly shiny. I could go on and on.

My morning routine included my pura vida oil cleanser and tame the beast detangler from fortune cookie soap box. I used my honua oil and serum from beauty heroes. I used my theif oil from herb stop to protect myself from all the germs at work this afternoon. Having my plantain chips from GlobeIn as a snack. Probably more.

I’m using my jawbone up2 from popsugar target, miscellaneous skin care, face wash and toothpaste, deodorant spray from Target. Corsickle for my cold water. My wetbrush from allure. Shampoo and conditioner from beauty fix. Ncla nail emergency kit from psmh.

My husband uses the body wash and lotion from Target. Razors and shaving cream from Dollar shave club.

Wow I do use a lot of stuff from sub boxes. I feel a little better about all the money I spend now.

I guess I should add that nearly everything I use is from subs, but I broke out some new sunscreen items for the day at the lake.

What a fun question!! I’m wearing my Parakito insect repellent band from my yogi surprise summer box, Nelson J surf spray hair product from fab fit fun, lip stick from birchbox, I used my ORG skin care mineral peel this morning and Marrakesh hair oil from fabfitfun, deco Miami nail lacquer from Yogi surprise on my nails… And that’s it SO FAR!!! Will be lighting candles from Vine Oh! and Yogi surprise in a bit… And I just had 2 of the hair and nail gummies from fabfitfun. 🙂 Happy 4th everyone! Be safe.
