  1. I am so disappointed, I havent received my Box and I have reached out to customer service in every way I possibly can and NOTHING!!! Anyone else not receive their box yet?

    • You should seriously consider disputing the box charge with your credit card company. I started this process and emailed OP to let them know. I got a reply and a tracking number that worked within two days. This wasn’t for the sub box but for an a la carte order. Still, it seemed to spark customer service to respond.

  2. I don’t know what else to try. I was completely ghosted by customer service for months. They finally replied a week ago with a tracking number but it is still in pre-ship status and no response from customer service again.

    • Try contacting them on their Instagram and Facebook. And also tell them that you will be disputing the charge with your bank account if you don’t receive the item soon (which you definitely should do if they take much longer because it’s been weeks since they claimed they would ship out). Overall, they are just a horrible company that really doesn’t care about their customers, but I do hope you are able to contact them! I had to send numerous messages on Instagram, Facebook, and through email until someone finally replied to me 🙁

    • Kim, did you receive your box, as I havent received mine and have had no response to any of my emails, Facebook messages…NOTHING!!!

      • No, I contacted them everywhere also and finally received a response that I would receive my box but didn’t say when or explain why the tracking number is still in pre-ship status after 11 days. Maddening! They also said that responses take 3-5 days. Yeah, I wish. Most of the time they don’t ever respond.

  3. I received the fouta in the color I requested but not the bracelet I chose.
    Nor did I get the volumizing hair paste, I received the lemon cleansing mask. This was my 4th box of my year subscription. Overall this last box was my least favorite of the 4 boxes but overall would give the boxes received so far a B+. However the continuing delays and worry whether I am going to get my box makes it unlikely I will subscribe again. We will see what happens they have 2 more boxes to get me to change my mind. But for that to happen remaining boxes will have to arrive timely and promised items should be in the box.

  4. My box was missing the CR item, and included the incorrect bracelet AND fouta:(- and I don’t know if anyone else experienced this, but the fouta had pulling all over and a few snags:(
    I emailed CS and they responded with the information on the bracelet, that they didn’t have enough of each one to customize the boxes

    But nothing acknowledging or addressing the mistake with the fouta or missing item!! I replied again asking about how to resolve the issue, and no response.
    I like this box but won’t renew because of these issues. I don’t have the time or energy to keep hunting them down to fix their mistakes :(. Sigh

  6. another disappointment from oui please! i emailed my choices and sent another email to customer support when i didn’t hear back. was then told that both of my choices were received. got the box way later than expected, both items were wrong, biscuits were all broken into pieces, got hair cleanser samples and not the paste. emailed support again days ago and got nothing back. more like a non please.

  7. I am disappointed I didn’t get the cleansing paste (got two sample sized lemon scrubs instead), but thanking my lucky stars to have gotten both my chosen items.

  8. Did anyone actually get the Christophe Robin cleansing volumizing paste? I got two little jars of a cleansing mask. I was so disappointed 🙁 and I got the wrong bracelet as well.

    • Haven’t seen a single person on the forum say they got the paste. Most received two sample sized cleansing masks and some got a nail polish in place of one of the masks. I get mine today. I’m prepared to be underwhelmed which sucks considering I paid full price for one of the boxes.

    • I took a chance on this box, hoping that they may have improved from all the critical feedback. Very underwhelmed and hoping this sub was not a complete waste of $$.

    • I am so, so sorry to hear that you didn’t get your chosen item. I can’t stand when boxes do that. You have a certain mentality signing up knowing, “Well at least I have control over that one thing.” It is so deceptive.

      Hearing about the cleansing paste was a huge let down as well. I only recently discovered this brand and was really looking forward to trying a new CR product. 🙁

    • They didn’t give me the correct bracelet either and I also got 2 small samples, 1 hair scrub and 1 hair mask. The actual box feels luxurious but the contents did not. And it’s frustrating that they keep asking you to pick and not giving you the one you choose. Just don’t ask and I’d probably be happy with the one I got.

    • I did not get the 250 ml mark either. I got a sea salt purifying scrub and a lemon mask. 7 items!! So sad. There was a lot of room left in my box. Room that competitors would have filled. I did get the fouta and bracelet I ordered- but the bracelet is unwearable as my wrist are bigger–I have to pay a jeweler $30 approx to make it larger. As I loo at thepic of jewelry above- I wish they would have gave us a choice of necklace, earrings., a ring or a bracelet. I mentioned that to the company -they did not seem to hear that but they apologized about the bracelet.

      2.6 –last Oct- was the pinnacle of their offerings!! That was an excellent box in every way! The box was stuffed- and we got an item that sat on top off the box- and there were many variants they we COULD have got- this month there were NONE! We all got the same- or were to get the same. Last time I was shorted the nail polish- as was everyone else- but I told them of it and they sent me one free of charge. This time-they seen to have deaf ears.

      I have two more boxes of a 6 box sub. it’s sad, but I will be kind of glad when this box is over.

      Did anyone notice the back of the bulletin reads 2.6-but the opposite side reads 3.1? Very cheap!

  9. Still no shipping confirmation. I purchased the annual membership in December and have received two boxes. The worst part is that they refuse to communicate any real shipping date and have not replied to my messages or emails in months. Any suggestions on a course of action? My credit card company was no help (so that card was canceled). Is there another course of action that can help stop these companies from scamming people? I just can’t understand why they can’t be honest about what is going on, make adjustments to their shipping schedule and reply to customers questions. It’s not that difficult.

    • I got shipping notice sometimes last week, Fedex home (glad it’s not the smart post) tracking showed progress. I hope you’ll get shipping notice soon.

    • I got mine today, Ok, yesterday which was Saturday- I had 7 items in it. Which seems a bit on the Small side. The bracelet is adjustable- but still to small for to go around my wrist- and I was loking forward to that. Now i have to give it away.

      • I feel the same, just got mine….. seems underwhelming. I didn’t get the bracelet I requested, even though they asked us to email our choices. I paid so much for this sub, and it is so disappointing to see sample sized haircare in it. I thought the whole point was full sized luxury! I can get samples from other boxes. I’m pretty bummed that I waited so long for this.

    • Update: I finally received an email and a tracking number. There was apparently some confusion about my subscription but I think (hope) it is resolved.

    • Not yet, since Oui is notorious for shipping delays.

    • I’m not impressed. Ashley finally contacted me 1 week ago (after her last reply 2 months ago) to say my missing items would be sent out with a shipping notice the next day. A week later…nothing at all. Also, not any communication regarding my “June box”, that was delayed to July…and it’s now August. I worked for THE prima French company and customer service was pristine. This is not a cultural issue.🤔

      • This is so strange. I just typed this message and within a minute of hitting send, I received my tracking number?!

      • A similar situation happened to me. When I asked here about disputing the charge, I then sent them an email telling them I would dispute the charge if it wasn’t shipped out soon as its already August. Less than an hour after that, they sent me tracking info and said my box was shipped out. But the tracking number shows that USPS is still awaiting the package. I’m hoping they aren’t just generating the tracking numbers just to satisfy the people who have been nagging them about shipping out.

      • Lol, that’s a fun theory, but I think it was just serendipity you got your tracking number so shortly after posting.
        I also got my tracking yesterday afternoon. They will probably have all their boxes out by the end of the week.

  13. I cannot WAIT to get my box. I prepared for 2 annual subs, not sure if I’ll get two of if they’ll separate them. I don’t care because I like everything they send usually! That said, they take forever to arrive.

    • My first box can’t get here fast enough! Trying to wait and excited to see everything that’s in there. I’m hoping they honored my selection requests since I emailed them (I wasn’t sent an email to make my selections as I’m a new subscriber). Looking forward to this box….

  16. I sent my choices but have not received anything back yet. Plus I have sent 3 emails regarding the missing polish and cookies from the last box and have not had any responses yet.

    • Oh glad I’m not alone! I sent 3 emails about missing polish and didn’t get any response. I then went to their Facebook and tried to message them. I literally saw my msg status turned “read”, but they still decided to ignore me… 🙁 I honestly don’t think they care about providing any sort of customer service. Zero! Very upsetting!

  17. Do you know if this is the complete contents of the box or if there are more items?
    I was previously a subscriber and it looks like they’ve stepped up their game.

    • I was thinking the exact same thing and have the same question. My last box with them was February 2016 I think.

    • More items- instagram revealed a lavender sachet today.

    • Have you recieved the email to pick your variations yet..? Since its supposed to ship in July lol.

      • I haven’t. I emailed them about it and I specified my choices in my email. They replied three days later saying that my email was not included in their database and that I’m “all set.” Crossing my fingers that they got my selections right.

      • I did not receive the original email as everyone else did because I am a new subscriber and wasn’t in the system yet. However, I did receive a direct email a couple of days ago to make my selections. If you haven’t received anything, it may be a good idea to email them with your selections. Don’t stress out if you don’t get a fast reply because it seems they are slow to respond.
