Now, on to the items!

Medusa's Makeup Brow Wow - Value $12

This is a highlighter and brow powder in one. I would have preferred to see these in two separate pans since I won't be blending them, but it's still a good little set.

The pigment is great for both pressed powders. The highlighter had some fallout, though, so I recommend using it with a primer.

Medusa's Makeup Lip Paint in Cowgirl - Value $12

This lip paint has a matte finish, great pigment, and INCREDIBLE staying power! In fact, the staying power is so impressive, thet had to make their own Lip Paint Remover!

This color completely washes me out, though. (Swatched in lower photo.)

Medusa's Makeup Glitter in Mystique - Value $8

Medusa's Makeup is known for their eye dust and eye glitters for good reasons - this little jars always have impressive pigment!

This sky blue glitter is a super fine powder with tons of shimmer. (Use glitter glue to get a more intense look.) Here it is swatched beneath the highlighter, brow powder, and liquid lipstick:

Medusa's Makeup Angle Eyeliner Brush - Value $8

And Medusa's Makeup included a brush to use with the eyebrow powder!

Medusa's Makeup Beach Bag - Value $5

Lastly, we have a bonus item!

When I think "beach bag," I'm picturing a roomy tote, and this is not it! This is just your standard 12 by 12 inch tote bag. Still, a nice extra!

Verdict: This box has a value of $45. I think that's great for a $15.95 beauty box that sends full-size vegan beauty products with free shipping. This is a great way to try out Medusa's Make-Up at a deep discount. And if you are intimidated by some of the colors on the Medusa's Make-Up site like I am, this is a perfect for testing them out!

I received a Medusa liquid lipstick from Benevolent Beauty a few months ago and I HATE IT. I’ve tried wearing it 3 times and I think it’s time to go in the garbage.

It applies blotchy to my lips so I have to use a lot of product and takes a while to put on, meaning it dries think and in layers. Then it pills up and flakes off after about 30 minutes on me, while feeling incredibly uncomfortable the entire time.

Has anyone else had better luck with those?

Have you scrubbed your lips first and then made sure there was no oil or lip balm residue on your lips before applying? I have had not trouble with it other than removing it. Also make sure that each layer dries completely before you put another layer on.
