Each month, The Bam Box will send out collector items according to its theme - this month's theme was "Defend".

Please Note: This box is missing the patch item - it will be mailed in the next box or directly to you if you've skipped June. Follow updates on this box here.

This month includes a spoiler booklet that details the items in the box.

Twiki The Robot pin - Value $5?

This month's exclusive pin is from Buck Rogers in the 25th Century - Twiki was Buck's sidekick!

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Premier Cell - Value $20-25 based on cell set

You'll get a Guardians of the Galaxy item featuring everyone's favorite little tree - Groot!

Here's a look at my film cell! Unfortunately, I didn't get a little Groot.

Tom Kane: The Voice Of Yoda Autograph - Value ??

I never value these, because the value probably differs if you're a fan or not. Either way, it typically costs $20+ to get an autograph at a Con - so these are always nice inclusions.

Tim Kane does Yoda's voice work for the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series - which you should watch if you haven't!

As always - you'll get a certificate of authenticity for this exclusive Bam Box signing.

The War of the Worlds Print - Value $10?

The final item of the month (remember, everyone is missing one item this month) is an exclusive print by Chris Garofalo.

Each one is signed and numbered - limited to 3,000 prints.

And includes a certificate of authenticity as well.

Verdict: I'm really enjoying the cell and Yoda autograph - so with the values of those alone, the month was good for me. But, if you didn't like one of the two big items - then the value may not be there for you, with of without the missing patch. If you're looking for certified autographs in a box - this is really the only one and they do a great job with their exclusive signings!

Yep…they very quickly went pretty far downhill with it seemed more jumbled, strange things. There are some very cool things but then generally the rest of the box is blah. Even if it’s a thing that you’re into which is sad.

I was bummed by this months box. After last months disappointing box, I thought they’d make up for it. I really don’t care for an autograph for someone who does the voice for a cartoon character and my film cell was of someone’s hand that I can barely make out. :-/

I must say that BAM will be the last box i’m going to have.
Can someone raise his/her hand and tell me why they like it and its value?

I saw this question asked and so wanted to jump in and give my feelings about this box.

I used to subscribe to ‘The Bam Box’ but I haven’t in quite some time (I did get the Sabertooth box though). When I first signed up for the box, I got the abilities box. It was really cool back then. The abilities box was the first box with The Bam box pins and I got the golden Spidermander pin, it was a high point for me as a new box subscriber. That also came with the Zoom autograph from ‘The Flash’ and some pretty nifty other items such as magnetic slime. After that, the 90s box and galactic box were impressive as well.

I didn’t actually start disliking the company until they started sending out things like the Jessica Rabbit cosplayer autograph and the ‘Crazy people are fun’ Homer Simpson art print. Then things seemed to go downhill. I was one of the people to get the first con box (heck I still have my Thanos pin, Tardis license plate, and TRON signed photo from them). However, when they lowered the price of the box and added the monthly expanded case for $40-$100 more you could kind of see that their interest wasn’t in the box any longer as it was on these other pieces. I got the batmobile (which they later sold $20 cheaper), Bender/DeMaggio signed print, from them but the magic of their box had stopped.

Now they have gone even lamer. There are some good things in there from time to time, I have a great set of letter openers that are shaped like mini weapons and I did like the John Wick bottle opener.

But greed. Greed is the thing that stopped The Bam Box from being so awesome and I have had a problem with them ever since the Jessica Rabbit cosplayer signature
