Now, on to the items!

Medusa’s Makeup Lip Paint in Shag – Value $12

This lip paint has a matte finish, great pigment, and INCREDIBLE staying power! (Swatched in lower photo.)

Fortunately for me, this lip paint also came with lip paint remover! (My regular makeup remover wipes weren’t cutting it.)

Medusa’s Makeup Lip Paint Remover – Value $10

This remover is a blend of almond oil, grapeseed oil, and fragrance.

This remover worked, but it still took some serious rubbing to get the lip paint completely off. I think this lip paint is as close as you can get to permanent makeup that’s still removable!

Medusa’s Makeup Totally Baked Eyeshadow in Bitchin – Value $9

I’ve tried a lot of Medusa’s Makeup Eye Dust (loose powder) before, but this is my first pressed powder shadow.

This is a highly pigmented shimmery yellow gold.

This powder blends really well with other eyeshadows. Plus, it can work as a highlighter, too!

Medusa’s Makeup Glitter in Pegasus – Value $8

This is a sparkly, lilac micro glitter!

To really make it pop, I recommend using Glitter Glue to keep it in place and get a more intense application. Here it is swatched beneath the lip paint and the eye shadow:

Verdict: This box has a value of $39. I think that’s fantastic for a $15.95 beauty box that sends full-size vegan beauty products with free shipping. This is a great way to try out Medusa’s Make-Up at a deep discount. The eyeshadow and lip paint are super wearable colors for me, too. What a nice surprise!

Looks like a good box! If I wasn’t so overloaded on beauty products I’d get this one.

Great box! A lip product is super useful with liquid lipsticks being so popular right now. The shades sent this month are also more versatile compared to what they usually send, yet the colors are also not boring.

These products look so amazing! Maybe time to ditch a boring mainstream beauty sub or two. FYI- I’m a dance mom so glitter a thing at my house. One day I decided to test the multitude of glitter primer products I had accumulated and found the winners in a tie were the Too Faced Glitter Glue ($20) and the ELF Glitter Primer ($2). I had glitter swatches up my arm all day. Only a few strange looks while running errands! I still havent tried the highly rated Fyrrinae Pixie Epoxy though.

Thanks for the tip about ELF Glitter Primer – SO much cheaper!!

What is the fragrance of the lip paint remover like? I’ve tried some lippies that were so hard to get off the back of my hand where I’d swatched that I was afraid to put them on my lips. I had to let go almost all of my sub boxes for financial reasons, and this was one of the hardest to let go.

Ash

Olive oil or coconut oil works just as well.

It is subtle, and maybe a little sweet? I didn’t notice it that much. Hope that helps!
