La Gazette May 2017
This subscription also comes with a short magazine that tells you more about the jewelry selected for this month along with a profile on the designer.
Great News - when you sign up for this subscription, you can select if you prefer gold or silver jewelry (and clip on or pin earrings).
And each box comes with a branded postcard:
Now, time for the jewelry!
4 Crosses Elsa Earrings - Value $69
(Subscribers received these in either gold or silver, and clip on or pierced depending on their preferences.) I love that this subscription offers a non-pierced earring option. (Usually, I'm used to subscription boxes sending an alternative item like a bracelet.)
These earrings are made of gold brass. (The measure about 2 inches long in the drop.) The gold version is accented with a sea bamboo coral bead. (And the silver version has a red quartzite bead.)
Here they are on:
They are comfortable to wear, and they are about as flashy as I'm willing to go with earrings! I love the delicate looped chain and the little gold charms that show movement and catch the light.
All Emma & Chloe pieces also come with a certificate of authenticity:
Verdict: I think this is a fab jewelry subscription. It's quality over quantity, and this piece is definitely impressive, and something I feel good paying $35 for. If you love delicate jewelry like I do, I highly recommend this subscription.
Plus I love that they let you specify if you want gold or silver - I think that really helps cut out the risk of this subscription.
And the packaging and presentation of this subscription box are amazing. This definitely qualifies as a gift to yourself - it was so fun to unbox!
