The Products: Celebrate Mom on her big day with a gift box of past POPSUGAR Must Have surprise favorites. Spoiler alert — each box will include a Derek Lam 10 Crosby Fragrance Collection Gift Set ($95 retail value) and five or more essentials to pamper Mom inside and out — over $200 retail value.
Boxes will feature products from recent and past Must Have and Mystery boxes; duplicate boxes will not be refunded. With the exception of PO box addresses and APO addresses, all boxes are guaranteed to be delivered by May 13.

PSMH account says : Processing BUT I’ve received shipment notification from FedEx that my Mothers Day Box from PSMH was shipped today from NY 4.9lbs via FedEx Ground and will be delivered on Thursday. I live in Central Florida.
My may box is arriving today. Mother’s day box is scheduled for Friday but often arrives at day early. Both came from Watsonville California. I want to know what is in the mother’s day box!
Nothing here, just checked and mine still says processing. Good thing I didn’t purchase for a gift otherwise I’d be SOL come Mother’s Day. Don’t advertise as a Mother’s Day box if you’re not going to deliver it BEFORE that date. Not cool.
It really makes me mad that I signed up for the waitlist email alert on their site the FIRST time I was told it was sold out–NEVER received an email (it was to be on a waitlist)….THEN come here-see ANOTHER article saying it is back in stock to go there and have it sold out AGAIN?? What good is the waitlist email if they are not going to use it?
I may also make some people mad–but for these types of promos I do not feel that people should be allowed to buy multiples when there is a waitlist. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
This is SO ANNOYING. The box is sold out but we’re told it’s in stock again. There are nicer boxes out there you know. The world doesn’t revolve around POPSUGAR. Just saying…..

I put a comment on here saying it was sold out and people for like twenty minutes after kept saying they got one. Maybe their comments took longer to post?
Ok, I ordered second one. What interesting, yesterday they did not send me order confirmation. Today for the second box, they sent me one. I wonder if I am going to get two or one box.
I didnt get an order confirmation either but when i check my PS account it shows there that it has been billed and gives me my order #. Hopes that helps.
I was so sad when I missed this yesterday…but super excited to see the box back in stock today and I was able to snag one! I probably have some of the items already, but can’t wait to try the Derek Lam fragrances! YAY!
So I finally caved and got one of these! After losing more than $275 to the LLB thief’s I will NEVER buy another pay ahead sub box…..so month to month or these one time boxes will do fine. Hope it’s Awesome…..it so it may lift my spirits up seeing that not all sub boxes are rip offs!
I am in the same boat. Less money but how am I supposed to trust these subs? Especially since they seem to come and go like flowers and some even get mad if they delay the shipping.
