Just got my box and I am in love! The pants are lovely! All sizes/items were correct, and I was able to cancel the same day my box shipped.

I placed an order on 4/14 and it still hasn’t shipped. After I created my account I also realized that they send you a link to “manage your subscription” that DOES NOT require a login…and it has your address and the last 4 digits of your credit card visible.
I’ve sent 3 emails trying to get:
1. An account that requires a login to see my information.
2. My subscription cancelled.
3. The status of my 4/14 order (which they billed on 4/14).
So far they have created the account and cancelled my subscription…but still no reply on the status of my order.
I also tried calling the phone number but it only goes to voice mail.
Even with 50% off I couldn’t recommend this company.

So I subbed to this deal… I ordered the wrong size bra, and I IMMEDIATELY emailed, facebook messaged and called them to notify them of the error. It took them a week to respond and by then my box had shipped and arrived. The medium bra is like a size XS no joke.. anyways they apologized and said they would send me a large because I tried so hard to get in touch about the size error. Anyways I was looking at the email confirmation, and it says that they are shipping me another pair of PANTS. Are they serious? THey really must have some serious issues if they can’t seem to interpret 7 emails all about the size of a BRA and you’re going to send me PANTS??? Anyways I really don’t care because the large pants probably will still fit me and they are nicer than the bra anyways so maybe I lucked out… but I’m still going to cancel and hope to god my card doesn’t get charged for anything else. Their website says the card will get charged at the same time the next month… so I have till May 14?

It took them over two weeks to respond to my request to cancel. I would email them now if you want to cancel in time.

I hear people saying all the time that they have had issues with trying to cancel but they responded to my cancel request the same day.

I cannot warn people enough about this sub. Not only do they substitute items, but also sizes. Customer service is horrible. I had it for one month and did not get what was advertised. Also got a sports bra in wrong size. Took me 7 emails to get a response.
