(The surprise items are completely different from the pieces you pick from). For the $149 tote, you pick 2 items and get 3-4 more surprise items based on your style profile.

Wrap It Up Dress in Blue – Value $40
This dress was the first of my two chosen items for this tote. Golden Tote has provided me with a few favorite wrap dresses in my wardrobe! I really like this one, too. It’s a faux-wrap so the dress won’t fly open, it’s a great length on me, the fabric is silky and comfortable, and the cut is flattering. I like this print, and I can tell this will be a great summer dress.
Step into Spring Dress – Value $48
Golden Tote’s April collection featured a few different items made with different white-based floral prints, but I loved this dress the most. The midi length is easy to wear, and this print is just so pretty. Plus, I love that it has an elastic waistline with a fabric belt to flatter your figure. Another nice dress for Spring/Summer. In fact, I considered wearing this as my Easter dress!
Gilli Jersey Swing Top – Value $40
This is the first of my surprise items.This top is fantastic! I love this silhouette in my tops – so drapey, flattering, comfortable, and easy to wear! I also really like the longer short sleeves.
Ginger G Cold Shoulder Swing Tee – Value $40
Another swing tee for me! I’m thrilled to get this because I know that the criss-cross neckline and the cold shoulder detail are both really trendy right now, and I have yet to find the right top with either feature. This has both and fits incredibly flatteringly. It’s comfortable, effortless, and stylish!
Gilli Bold Floral Dress – Value $40
Gilli, how I love you and everything you make! This dress is such a win for me, too. The print is just fun and playful and Springy, and this dress fits me perfectly. The style is flattering, comfortable, and bold! I can see myself adding a thin navy belt and a little more noticeable of a necklace to complete this outfit!
Verdict: It’s one of the best feelings when every item in subscription box is a win for you, and that’s how my April Golden Tote is for me! My chosen items weren’t even my first choices because the ones I planned to get sold out fast, but I’m so happy with the ones I got, and my three surprise items are all perfect for my taste. Bonus: Even though I’m pregnant, all of these items will still work great for me for most of the summer, since they’re either drapey or have an elastic waist I can adjust to where it work for my baby bump. As far as value goes, I got $208 of clothing I love for $149 – I’m happy with that!
