CP Slippers – Value $37.50
When my husband Eric and I were picking out Bespoke Post boxes, and thinking about this one, we really were having a hard time deciding if we loved or hated the look of these slippers!
They have the minimalist design aspect going for them but are they almost too simple?
The slipper is one piece of leather stitched together – these aren’t the slippers for you if you’re looking for any type of cushion or cozy features! But they are perfect for travel if you want to take up as little space as possible in your suitcase!
The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. (Not a surprise with Bespoke post.)
The sizing on these seems to run a bit small, too. The size large was meant for Eric, but ended up fitting my size-9 feet!
Bespoke Post Night Candle – Value $12
This candle is described as “an amazingly fresh aromatic mix with whispers of sweet jasmine and rich lavender; a great unisex scent that carries subtle undertones of citrus, musk and verdant woods and amber.”
It has a burn time of 30 to 40 hours. (No information is given on the type of wax.)
We loved the Den candle from Bespoke Post, so I had high hopes for this scent as well! Unfortunately, this isn’t my type of lavender scent – it is a bit too strong for my tastes.
American Mug & Stein Company Mug – Value $15
This mug holds 14 ounces.
I love the cobalt blue glaze – it has a nice vintage feel!
Shaker & Spoon Orange-Ginger Spice Syrup – Value $8
This syrup is all-natural, and they’ve included a recipe for an Oolong Toddy. I like the citrus flavor, and I think I may try adding this to champagne as well.
Verdict: This isn’t my favorite Bespoke Post box, but I love the mug, the syrup is a nice addition to our bar, and the slippers are already in my suitcase so I don’t forget to pack them on my next trip. The only real miss for me is the candle.

slippers took about a week to mold to my foot, felt like walking barefoot initially, after that week it feels strange putting on my old slippers, although they don’t have support and aren’t made for outdoors, couldn’t see myself not having them now.
I loved this box! I ordered the slippers in blue and was undecided about the aesthetic until I put them on. I think they look really cool and different plus the leather molds to your feet so they are comfy! I almost wish they had a rubber sole so I could wear them outside. The scent of the candle was for sure not my thing when I opened the box but I decided to go ahead and light it and it’s actually a really subtle, warm scent that is very pleasant. And I LOVE the mug – it’s so big, has a good weight and I love the color (and the fact there is no dorky message on it). This box was a win for me. Now when is Bespoke going to start actually offering women’s boxes? 🙂
Those slippers are interesting! Are they hard to walk in because they don’t have much structure?
That is certainly the most minimalist slippers I have ever seen!
I have to say though, on the ugly/pretty scale, I would have to lean meh.
I love your suggestion for packing though, I could see using those.
It almost makes me want them, do they have any sort of “nice” feel to them?
You can make anything sound good Liz!! (I don’t think my wallet likes you very much though!)
