Scentbird was "born out of frustration with the "perfume graveyard" - expensive bottles of designer perfume collecting dust on your dresser or cabinet - Scentbird was created to provide an alternative that is both practical and exciting." Scentbird sends out authentic perfume each month in smaller vials for you to try them out, or switch up your scent more often. When you subscribe to Scentbird, you'll get a $15.00 "credit" each month to buy a full sized bottle of cologne - this doesn't look like it is cumulative, and seems more like a member's discount.

Scentbird includes a twist up perfume atomizer with your first shipment. You can order additional atomizers on their website for an additional fee.

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

When you sign up, you fill out a survey to determine your scent preferences, and they recommend specific scents for you to try out. You add perfumes to your queue when you find one that you want to try which is how they choose what to send each month. If you don't choose one by the cut off date, they will send you the scent of the month. Next month it is Wild Child by Pinrose.

This month, my next perfume in the lineup was Armani Code Pour Femme. The notes are "blood orange, ginger, and pear sorbet softened with hints of sambac jasmine, orange blossom, and lavender honey, warmed with precious woods and vanilla."

I really liked this scent - quite a lot more than I thought I would! It's very fresh and sweet, without being cloying. I got a lot of compliments while I was wearing it as well.

Verdict: The value of my perfume this month is $12.80 (based on Sephora's 1 oz/30 ml size). This subscription is really dependent on which perfume you choose when it comes to value. I'm always happiest when I chose scents that I love versus scents that are expensive.

I love the size of these vials because they're perfect for travel or just to throw in your gym bag for a quick spritz when you need it. They're also cheaper than rollerballs, and I prefer spritzes anyway!

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!

I canceled my subscription after 2 months…got my last scent for Dec. I just feel insecure with this company! I joined seeing so many of my faves! I look at my queue a few weeks in and it is basically blank! The only reason I found out the many fragrances I like were discontinued was in a Facebook group! How unloyal is that?!!! Proper business etiquette would have been emailing customers to apologize for the inconvenience! But not them…they went on a discontinue-capade and did not care two bits about us! NO THANK YOU! I joined Luxury Scent Box…and got better customer service, better shipping, and better fragrances! And at least I can call them if I have questions!

Sounds yum! Adding to my queue. I got the Architects Club for my November scent and it smells great! My husband absolutely loves it. It’s a deep sweet scent kind of like a black licorice, vanilla tobacco. Dries down even better. My hair dresser said my hair smelled so good and I was on day two of not washing and no other products but just spraying my perfume on the day before.

Well nevermind. Apparently Armani has been completely removed from their list of brands 🙁

Same with Lancome! I e-mailed them today because my bank account was charged, yet there is no perfume waiting to be sent in my queue. I am a little ticked at Scentbird!

That is my FAVORITE perfume! My husband loves the Armani Code for men, so I thought I would try to Armani Code Pour Femme…and literally fell in love! So did he…and my daughter…and all of my co-workers. haha I am glad you liked it as much as I did. I have now received it twice just because I liked it so much. If you like it, you should try Lancome La Vie Est Belle…they smell similar but also different. It’s a very sweet, yet sexy smell!
