POPSUGAR Must Have Mystery Boxes – Shipping Update

I ordered a Beauty and Fashion Box for customer and as of today it is still showing as in “Processing.” I contacted CS and they replied they would be getting back with me yesterday. I am so perturbed and frustrated with PSMH. I ordered my Cozy Home box and after multiple complaints and contacting them about not receiving it as promised for Christmas finally received it after a “replacement” was sent out on Christmas Eve. Now I wonder if I will receive the Fashion and Beauty box at all with the boutique sale going on. They planned poorly for the sale and the delivery from their warehouses. Has anyone else had this issue?

I ordered a home and fashion box. The fashion arrived, but the home hasn’t even been given to FedEx yet. It has said label created since 12/13, I’m very frustrated.

The mystery home box I sent as a present did arrive in a timely fashion; ordered 12/15, arrived 12/23. The problem I have is that they aren’t providing the message which was included in the order form. If I hadn’t told another family member about sending the box, they wouldn’t have had a clue as to who it was from.
I also don’t know if they got the home box, or the fashion box.

I should’ve known better. I ordered 3 of the home boxes to gift for Christmas and the package was due to be delivered 12/23. I just checked the status and now, it won’t arrive until 12/28.

I think Popsugar overwhelmed themselves with so many different deals since Black Friday that they are not able to meet their obligations. I’m sure lots of people will be very disappointed with their undelivered gifts.

There goes the Christmas spirit.

I ordered two mystery boxes, one of each on the 14th and one is arriving on the 27th and the other is not even accepted by fed ex yet :'( so much for by Christmas! They sent out an email after I ordered that I had time to get Christmas delivery 🙁 anyone else have this problem?

I just got my pop sugar home mystery box. I got 12 items! That is $2.08 per item.

I LOVE it. Now I have tons of things for stockings, extra little gifts and I sooo wanted another of those wire bowls. I have a very long table and I’m going to use both of them filled up with pinecones and greens. Some of the items I received were duplicates and some were not. I am very pleased. I would have been happy with just the wire bowl!
Now if you will excuse me I’m going to have some toffee butter popcorn for dinner!

Apparently the CS person who reads emails about our accounts does not read the entire email. I asked about 2 boxes I have purchased and when I would receive the tracking and got a response the day that I had received my December box but alas, still no information regarding my Mystery box. I hope I get it before Christmas.

My mystery home box will be here tomorrow and it’s 6.5 pounds!

Just got info today that my box just shipped by SmartPost–even though they sent me an email yesterday stating it would be shipped ground. I’ll have to wait until the shipping information updates to find out whether they kept their promise or not.

Just got an email from PS. My home mystery box is shipping today from NY and will be delivered tomorrow. One day shipping!
The tracking number isn’t in my account, just in the email.

I checked my spam folder…no email. Very frustrating. My vacation box still says “processing”….well, at least I wasn’t planning on gifting anything. (I’m going to Hawaii in January, so hopefully some of it will be useful…do you think the hotel would mind if I float the swan in the pool??)

I ordered a Gilt city box and the Home Mystery Box. I’ve received no emails about either one. 🙁

I just emailed them as well. I purchased all three and am showing one shipped. The Fashion and Beauty one has been at Fed-Ex and has sat without moving for over 30 hours. I do not show either of the other two as even having a label created for them. I really hope Fed-Ex didn’t lose the one in their warehouse. If they did, then I just hope Popsugar does something to replace it. Come on Sunnies!

I ordered the December box (got if free with promotion) and the November box, and something else, I can’t even remember at this point, so it will be a surprise to me! Only one item is marked as shipped and is in transit, and in fact, it was supposed to arrive tomorrow but it’s now supposedly going to arrive on December 20th. I placed the order on November 28th, thinking it would arrive in time to gift to someone I was going to see, but that did not happen. I fear everything will come too late! December 24 delivery isn’t great for me because I won’t see my gift recipients then. Oh well 🙂 At least the prices were good.

My fashion/beauty mystery box is on it’s way, and is supposed to be here on Friday. The package supposedly weighs 3.2 lbs. Hoping there’s no hat involved (even though there probably is).

My home box hasn’t shipped yet, but my beauty/fashion mystery box is set to arrive tomorrow! It only shipped yesterday, but I live in CA.

I ordered the Home and the Vacation boxes. I got shipping info yesterday, FedEx Ground, for the Vacation box. It says it’ll arrive Thursday however it’s still in CA and I am all way in IN, so we’ll see…

I got the above email this evening too, I guess, for the Home box…

Liz, is there any chance they’ll cough up some spoilers before we get the boxes? Dying to know what I’m getting!

I got the mystery fashion box and the gilt city (should be guilt city). My popsugar addiction is really out of control. I don’t even care when they arrive, so much as what is in them. Someone should start a virtual subscription box. Then I could pay fake dollars and have fake items appear in an account. Then spend hours compare what it’s my account with other people. Maybe this could be connected with minecraft or pokemon go. I can see myself now hatching a 10k egg into a tassel bracelet.

This is why I don’t order PopSugar around Christmas anymore. They always “upgrade” to FedEx ground, and FedEx leaves it tied to my mailbox, 900 feet from my house, after I’ve left town for the holidays, and I come back to a clear (empty) plastic bag tied around my mailbox.

How do we know if we get a surprise extra item since we don’t know what is in the boxes to start with?!

My guess on the bonus item: the swan drink rooted. It has not yet reared its inflatable head. Seriously. If you had a free bonus item, what would it be-within reason?

I ordered the vacation and fashion beauty box the first day. Both shipped today via FedEx ground, I am in Texas and both will get here Friday. I am shopping for bday gifts next year and really need to know what is in those boxes to see if I need to buy more from gilt city. I am a subscriber and have bought every LE except the NM. Cannot wait.
