I got the wrong box (ordered Cozy Home and Fashion and Beauty and got doubles of Fashion box). I know a lot of people have had the same problem and have had trouble getting responses from them. Has anyone gotten a response? I have no Christmas present for someone and would love to know what to expect. Will we be asked to keep the other box? Refunded? Sent the correct one late?
I was planning to upgrade my subscription, but I’m thinking I may cancel if this is typical.

I got this box! I first I thought I was not going to be happy, but my children will enjoy the things I consider silly, like the star thing. We will enjoy the game, stamps, and hot chocolate together.
It was, 8-B, 4.6 lbs. 14x11x6 inches.
I got this one and the fashion one at the same time.

Mine showed up at my door this evening without notice. i got everything from Liz’s original post. I haven’t subscribed for a year so no dupes but will use about half the items. I do already have the cookbook but would have preferred a candle for sure.
I am wait listed for swap. Does anyone know on average about how long? I was around when it first opened but got my identity stolen a few months ago and took everything off and now I’m back starting over with a new email address.

Umm so I ordered a Home box and was sent a beauty and fashion one. I am super upset, especially after the crap of the last mystery boxes. Did this happen to anyone else? And to make it worse, now I have 2 of those awful black hats! I submitted the online request form to let them know I need the home box but does anyone know a number to reach customer service? Thanks!

WOW!!!! The ONE TIME I pass on the mystery box because every other time I felt like I got the shaft with the worst combinations! That’s an AMAZING deal!!!! I actually talked myself into getting the Cozy Home box, but by that time, they were sold out. Congrats to those of you who got this!!

I’m sorry that everyone is disappointed, I’m not a PopSugar reg subscriber so I’m pretty excited about the boxes I ordered. I’m ugly with FedEx because I got an email yesterday telling me my box would be here today by end of day and then this morning at 1am I got another email saying it won’t be here til Monday…..ughhh! But, so be it. I’m happy they’ll be here before Christmas!

I received the exact box in this review. The invoice and order numbers ended in 8B and the size and weight was: 4.6 lbs / 2.09 kgs, Dimensions 14x11x6 in.

I just got a notice that mine was delivered today, and mine says the same thing (8-C), except it’s 4.6lbs.

Not until next Tuesday. And yes, please let me know – I really hate surprises. I’m in Utah so my boxes usually come from California, but this box is coming from the East coast. With weather conditions the way they are I’m guessing that is the reason for the delay. Popsugar sure can’t control the weather.

I emailed them today because it still showed as processing and about an hour later I received an email that my package is on its way. It was shipped on the 13th, I never received an email. I checked the tracking and it says this “Delivery exception. Barcode label unreadable and replaced”. I hope the box is okay. It arrive on Monday. It is 4.6 pounds.

Same here! I just received a notification after emailing yesterday. According to tracking info it shipped 12/14 (never revived notification or the sorry for the delay email) and is scheduled for delivery on Monday along with my Fashion & Beauty box that’s been in transit since 12/13. I’m wondering if that Black Friday subscription deal was such a good idea. I only committed for 3 months and I’ve already received my first box.

I feel ya. I didnt go for any mystery boxes this time, but got “one of the better ones” the 1st time around, with eyeshadows (only thing i used!), a bin, picture frame, soap, some face masks and paper STRAWS.
I should have thought back and realized i have only used ONE item before foolishly jumping on a discounted 6 month sub with black friday specials. Wish I could cancel sooooo badly, such a waste of the little spare money I have. Even at $130 for 6 boxes~ 30 items =$4 each, so not worth it 😣. My impulsivity got the best of me! Cancelled all my beauty boxes though, so i guess i camenout winning…kind of? At least i feel better about it, try to save a dollar here and there throughout the month on things you could do without, it will lessen the blow 😉

Though I already purchased the November box this dupes won’t go to waste. I am very happy to get the recipe book! I was going to buy it anyway, I love the candle and I even more happy I did not any games.

Well my order still said “Processing” but somehow it showed up at my house yesterday!
I got the same exact box shown here, which was a little disappointing because I purchased TWO of the November boxes and not even at the Gilt City price (I never do this but I really wanted 2 table runners for my Thanksgiving decor). However I was excited for the stamps and a few other items.
