I got this box today! 13x9x5 in., 4.6 pounds, ended with a 4.

Like for others, the oil was open and on everything! It probably smells good when you bathe, but on everything in the box it stinks to me. And everything smells like it.

I am happy with what I got though. I have been wanting the bracelet!

Oh, and I got both boxes Home and this one at the same time.

I’m confused with thes comments. Are people used to paying for items that come damaged or open in their boxes and ruin their other items. Is that status quo to accept what you paid for as damaged? Does anyone contact customer service for replacement items?
If so, is there a customer service phone number? I only see an online submission for their communication.
I received my hat in good condition and the bath oil intact.
I did however get 2 umbrellas in different categories of the mystery box
Also I had asked them about clothing because I’m a plus size and they said that wouldn’t be an issue. So when I heard the vacation box had that coverup I contacted them and was told they would
Look for a replacement. The box shipped the next day. I sent another request but would like to call them too as shipping for Christmas is tight and this box is supposed to be from my husband

If not (it takes a few weeks to get off the waitlist) we can just swap between us…I did this several times before I got off the swap waitlist. When I did swaps through the comments, we both just agreed on a day to ship, and then sent each other the tracking numbers (that we got via Paypal shipping, or you can get at the PO is you go that route.) I’ve never done a trade before but I’ve heard of ppl sending each other an invoice through PayPal for the same amount so that neither is actually out any money but still protected by PayPal if anything goes wrong. Like I would invoice you for X amount and you’d pay but you’d get it back from me paying your invoice of the same amount. We’d have to get each other’s email for invoicing. And then there’s a discount on shipping if you print your own shipping label at home through PayPal. Just need a kitchen scale to weigh the package and round up to the nearest ounce. Can have your mailman pick up the package to send it too instead of going to the PO. Don’t have to go that route but I’ve paid and printed shipping for things I’ve sold before thru PayPal and it is nice.

I just got mine today, with the variation ending in 4. Because there were no packing materials in the box, my shower oil cap loosened and got on everything. I contacted customer service asking if they will consider sending an extra item in my January Must have box to make up for it, cause this is annoying. Otherwise, everything is still usable and I look forward to trying everything. Surprisingly, the shower oil bottle is still mostly full despite managing to get on every single product on the box.

Other than the shower oil mess, I like my box overall. Just tried the Stowaway palette and Smith & Cult lip gloss. The lip gloss is not remotely as bold on and gives a nice sheer pink/red color, so if you hate red lipsticks, try this on anyway because it looks nothing like it does in the bottle. Overall, I like it a lot, though it’s a little sticky. Very pretty though! The Stowaway palette is even nicer looking in person, but the brush isn’t very good. The colors are pretty and they blend nicely with my Real Techniques brush, but the one it came with barely holds onto the product, nonetheless allow you to apply it smoothly. I’m excited to try everything else! These two items alone make the $30 purchase worth it.

Ugh, again I get the exact same box except for the bracelet. I don’t even have a substitute item. Everything the same except for the bracelet. While I’m happy I still have $220 of items, I don’t know how some just get skipped of such a high value and beautiful item. Not pleased…

Mine ends in 7 and is 5.1 lbs. I wonder what I got. I was happy with the box that is shown so I hope it’s not much different from the spoilers. I always seem to get the box that people seem to like the least. Maybe my luck will be good with this box.

I think I’m getting the box in the photo. Would anyone like to trade their Smith & Cult nail polish for my Briogeo hair mask? The RV of the Briogeo is higher, but I’ve tried it and it’s not for me.

I got the same items except did not get the bracelet ($50 value), eyelash extensions ($39), or conditioning mask ($36). Instead I got the Jack + Lucy hat from the September box ($58 value), the Smith + Cult nail polish ($21), and the Juara Turmeric Radiance mask ($37) value. So my whole box value is $9 less than Liz’s, about $261, still over the promised value of $250. I’m happy to get the bubble bath and eraser mini. The rest will be gifted!

DO NOT ORDER any of these mystery boxes. I ordered the mystery vacation box, which promised a value of $350+. The value of mine is only $164!!!! I got almost the same box as Liz, except instead of the $198 cover up and the $28 supergoop spray, I got a $28 dopp kit. Still waiting to hear back, but this is pretty heinous business practice that it even happened. Hopefully it’s that they just forgot to put my coverup in. I asked for a partial refund or to be sent extra items. We’ll see what happens.

Did anyone get the Department number: MYST_2016_11_FASH_4 box and willing to share what is in the box? I think that meant it is the fourth variation of the beauty and fashion mystery box. Mine apparently is going to come tomorrow even though I don’t see how because it has been stuck at Tracy, CA since the 13th.

At least all of the variations sound decent and include the Stowaway palette, one of the items I wanted the most. I know the value is different, but I would rather have the nail polish than the Briogeo hair mask. To me, that is the least appealing item in the photo in this post. I’ve tried a sample from Ipsy and I personally wasn’t thrilled about it, but a lot of people seem to like it.

Got this variation too. I wish I’d gotten the bracelet instead of The Hat, but those are the breaks. Mine came from elsewhere and weighed differently but also arrived with the Cozy Home box (unexpectedly) so could have been mislabeled.

I’m pretty ok with this. I got this exact box.

I was really happy to get the shower oil again, since my 2 year old had dumped out the entire bottle right after I got it. (At least my bathroom smelled good. 🙂 )

I can always use another umbrella, so not too upset to get it again. Will be putting it in the car.

Thrilled to get the bracelet again. My 3 year old hid the original and I still haven’t found it.

The stowaway makeup is so small and cute. I will probably put this one in my purse.

I tried using the makeup eraser when I first got it in the original box and didn’t really get how to use it. I will try again.

The other three items were new to me.

Deep hair mask- I don’t really do much with my hair but will try the conditioning mask. Not upset to get it.

Amplilash- Never tried this company, but I like trying eye products.

Smith & Cult- I like the color. Its a little sticky to me, but not bad. I am a little upset that the cover is badly dented.

Overall, glad I spent the money on this box.

When I decided to order this, I thought to myself afterwards that I hope they don’t send me the umbrella. And here it is. Blah! Lol. I will like everything else either for myself or as gifts so overall, I will be happy with this box. I do wish it had more of an equal amount of beauty and fashion items as opposed to so much beauty stuff. I was hoping for a scarf, a headband, or more that one piece of jewelry.
