JONES NEW YORK - Marled Drape Front Top
I love this top!!! For the first time in ages, I bought an at-home item from Gwynnie Bee, I just loved it that much. This top is so lovely, and so super soft, I plan on wearing it every day all season! It was also new when I got it, I could totally tell, and during Thanksgiving, they had a big sale on at-home items, so it was like 40% off their already discounted price. SOLD!
JETE - Arrow Printed Cascading Jacket
I tend to wear a lot of cardigans in the fall, so this was perfect. It was a little shorter in the back than what I usually wear, but I think it looked nice.
TRISTE - Hollywood Glamour Shift Dress
I usually really like Triste shift dresses, but I didn't even wear this one out of the house. The large print on the front emphasized the curves I don't really like to emphasize. Enough said.
ALFANI - Textured Plaid Surplice Top
I wound up wearing this blouse two or three times! I liked the way it felt, and it was dressy enough to wear in business casual situations. I thought it was cute!
JETE - Stencil Printed Asymmetric Tunic
I wore this top out for drinks with my best friend the other night, and I felt really pretty and confident in it. It's a little lightweight for the season, but we weren't outdoors that night much.
UNIVERSAL STANDARD - Equator Sweater In Universal Black
This is the first time I've tried a piece from Universal Standard, and I was excited to get the chance. I wore this to my son's holiday concert at school the other night, and I got a couple of nice compliments on it. I prefer a more open neckline, but this sweater worked out great!
LUCIE LU - Thea Tunic in Chevron Blues
Yikes! This tunic was a bit snug. I had to send it back. I just got the exact same tunic from Lucie Lu in a different pattern last month and it fit fine, so there's either a variance in Lucie Lu sizing or someone washed this in hot water. I'll make a note of that.
MELISSA MCCARTHY SEVEN7 - Marbleshine Skimmer Top
If you happen to read my Wantable Style Edit reviews, this top may look familiar to you! I actually just got a tunic in this same pattern from Melissa McCarthy for Seven7, and I love it! I prefer the cut of the tunic, but this top was cute and fun. The material is also quite thick, too, so it was nice for a relatively warm winter day. I could even take off my jacket at one point outside. It was so nice!
Verdict: I love Gwynnie Bee! How nice that I actually kept something this month and bought it! It was such a great deal! I got a lot of awesome pieces this month, and I wore nearly everything except the dress and the Lucie Lu. This is a fantastic subscripition for people who like to wear something different every day!
