Iron Curtain Press Thank You Card - Value $5

This card is on the simple side, so I appreciate the pop of color in the yellow envelope to brighten it up.

Stamps – Value $1.50

Each Nicely Noted package also comes with stamps to mail your letters.

Verdict: My verdict on this subscription is almost always the same = if you love letterpress cards, I think you will be very happy with the quality of cards Nicely Noted curates. It’s not the best retail value card subscription, but if you are looking for unique cards from letterpress makers across the country, I think it is great. (Plus Nicely Noted always seems to send super useful cards like birthday and Thank You cards.)

I love the stamps. Either my post office is too small to carry a variety of stamps or you need to buy a full sheet (which I would not use in a year). I will enjoy seeing the various stamps in your reviews.

I love stationary and pens and stamps, so I really enjoy reading the stationary box reviews on MSA. Currently I subscribe to Pennie Post and based on the reviews I’ve read, I think it’s a pretty good value for my money compared to other boxes.

I just got my October Pennie Post box and it had 4 handmade cards plus envelopes, and only cost me $10.33 a month, whereas Nicely Noted is $20 for three cards. I do appreciate that Nicely Noted supports letterpress artists around the country. I think that’s really cool and important. Pennie Post is an independently owned company run by women, so that’s neat too.

Nicely noted includes cool stamps so you can mail all your cards right away. I love that idea. Pennie Post does not, but since stamps are so easy to buy in a booklet, I ultimately come down on the side of subscribing to Pennie Post since it’s saving me $10 a month.

Thanks for the review, Liz! Stationary is my favorite.

Try slightly stationery! I picked them over Penniepost. Better value too.

Slight Stationary looks great! Thanks for the rec. Definitely going on my wishlist. I really enjoy Pennie Post and I like supporting a female-owned company, so I think I’ll stick with them for now. I’ve also found them to be very responsive by email, which I appreciate. But Slightly Stationary looks awesome too, so that’s definitely on the shortlist if I decide to add another stationary sub!
