Every month comes with a detail card about the items featured in your theme selection.

On the reverse side of these cards, there is info on the best booze for warmer weather.

Time to unbox! First, I wanted to point out that these tumblers came in their own individual packaging:

Here they are out of the boxes:

Pineapple Co. Pineapple Tumblers – Value $70 total

These tumblers are made from brass and hand wash only. They’re so fun to drink out of, but I think they are great as bar decor, too!

They even have a little pineapple engraved on the bottom of the tumbler:

Now onto the rest of the set!

Bespoke Post Coasters – Value $1?

These are paper coasters, so I’m not putting much value toward them, but the two tumblers alone are already worth $30 over the cost of the box, so I’m not complaining!

Liber & Co. Tropical Passion Fruit Syrup – Value $10

This syrup has a simple ingredient list and it is made with 50% fruit juice. The best part? It has cocktail recipes right on the label!

I decided to try out the Hurricane recipe! You only need this syrup, lemon juice, and dark rum. (I used clear rum, though, and I think it turned out delicious!)

The syrup is very sweet, so the tartness of the lemon provides the perfect balance. I don’t usually drink cocktails (wine is my go-to alcoholic beverage), but I would gladly drink more of these tropical concoctions!

Verdict: Almost every month I find myself asking “how do they do it?” when it comes to value in Bespoke Post boxes. This box has a value of about $80! That’s great for a $45 box, and as always, the quality of the items Bespoke Post sources is incredible.

What do you think of the Bespoke Post “Island” Box? What box did you pick in July?

  1. LOVE this! But I tried subscribing and this box was no longer an option 🙁

  2. I can’t wait to use my glasses! They’re so gorgeous 🙂

I was looking for a recipe to use that syrup and didn’t even notice there were 2 on the bottle! – def going to have to try the hurricane!

I’m probably going to make some cute little pineapple ice cubes with the tray from PSMH mini to put in my drink… yes, that’s a lot of pineapples, but I love pineapples

    • OMG! Why didn’t I think to use pineapple ice cubes?! Next time! 🙂

This definitely is the summer of the pineapple! 🙂

  3. They also have the BEST customer service. We got Concentrate and the tray arrived broken – they put a replacement in the mail immediately. Not like some other boxes where you wait days for an e-mail reply and weeks for replacement items…

  4. The tops of my pineapples do not fit the bottoms! They are too big and the result is pretty shoddy looking. I’ve also heard (since ordering this box) that drinking acidic drinks out of brass isn’t a great idea anyway. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in a box from Bespoke Post. Back it goes.

    • Yep! This is exactly why I didn’t order this box (I opted for the headphones). I can’t stand how anything acidic or carbonated tastes in a brass-based cup or mug. I can do steel, aluminum, or copper but not brass.

      • According to the website, these cups are aluminum core plated with brass. So eventually the brass will wear off.

  5. I also used light rum. I thought it was a little thick so I watered it down with some Perrier. Delicious! I LOVE Bespoke Post. It’s by far one of my favorite subscriptions. I would love if they came out with a female edition,
but I honestly love the men’s so much that I don’t mind. It actually works better for me because I can justify it by saying it’s for my man. Lol

  6. Is it just me or is it like the summer of pineapples? 🙂 I love it, they’re so cute ???

  7. It’s a cute box, but a man’s box? I’m not so sure about that.

    • Agree, but I’ve always suspected that more women than men subscribe from the reviews I’ve seen anyway!

      • You are right. I’ve looked a various “men’s” boxes before thinking my 35 year old son might like one. I haven’t seen one yet. And this one? He would be thinking WTH? She’s so out of touch!

  8. This review makes me thirsty! ? Great review of a great box!

  9. Bespoke Post has some of the best uninflated values around for very on tend but still classic items. Bravo.

    • Agree! I always recommend this box as one of my favorites. They are consistently awesome! 🙂
