June’s theme is the Legend of Zelda! Speaking of Zelda, I’m excited for the newest Breath of the Wild game! The trailers look gorgeous.
This month’s stuff came inside a little item chest! I love it! *Insert chest-opening sound effect here*
Here’s the gang together.
Majora’s Mask Earrings
Generally, Majora’s mask freaks me out but these dangle earrings look pretty! They’re silver toned.
Legend of Zelda Charm Bracelet
Each charm is different! I’m really impressed with how many iconic Zelda things are on this bracelet. The only concern is that the length is too long even on the shortest link. It slides right off my wrists. This bracelet wouldn’t fit small or even medium wrists, probably.
I don’t have small wrists or anything but this bracelet is enormous.
Treasure Chest
This is my favorite item. It’s a small plastic chest that can hold a couple sets of jewelry or other small trinkets. The hinge consists of bendy plastic so I worry that they will break after too much bending. Other than that I think this item is a great addition to the Zelda theme.
Heart Container Necklace
This is modeled after the heart containers in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. The pendant is a weighty piece. By the way, the red stone isn’t glued to the lattice cage so you may hear jingling noises while wearing it.
Verdict: I liked this month’s Geek Chic Monthly! The four pieces were very appropriate for the Zelda franchise and my favorite is probably the heart container necklace. I did like the bracelet as well but unfortunately it will only fit larger wrists. However, for about $4.50 apiece I think the value is definitely there.

Is it an anklet? This is cool!!!
Can the bracelet be fastened on one if the bigger links to make it smaller? Like by the first red dangling bead? If the clasp works on those bigger links you have some extreme adjustability there (depends how it feels and looks with extra charms dangling unclasped though…).
I tried it out and it works! Some extra chains/charms dangle out and makes it look a lil funky though.
Glad it worked! Sorry it looks funky though… I would try removing the red bead if that helps at all (wouldn’t want to remove the Zelda ones).
My 9 year old daughter really wants a girl geek box. My grandsons receive a geek box geared towards boys. I wish the jewelry items were not made for giants!
