I was hoping to have the opportunity to sample NEW products that I’ve wanted to try but hadn’t yet. It’s hard to get excited about a sunscreen that went on the market over a year ago or a mascara that came out about the same time that has been in heavy beauty sub box rotation for the last year. Those items feel, well, recycled or a way to move older stock. The remaining products are definitely nice but also look quite small. Likewise there doesn’t appear to be any item remotely close to full size. While Birchbox also sends smaller samples with a very occasional full size product, the point system more than redeems it in terms of overall value. So I have to ask myself if the Bare Minerals serum bronzer and Becca primer are worth $10 to me; I’m not yet convinced they are. I think I’ve stayed subbed this long largely because of the waitlist but that doesn’t seem like sufficient justification to continue. Unless something blows me away next month I’m cancelling. And that makes me sad.

Oops, this was meant for the Sephora post. My sloppy hands obviously navigated away from the page I intended. Sorry for any confusion!!

I’m confused you can get both the limited edition box plus a free box with any plan even monthly or just for a 12 month plan?

The free limited edition box + free bonus box deal is only with the 12-month subscription. Hope that helps! 🙂
