I just got this box, and I’ve been having trouble with the Shoptiques gift card. I was very excited for it, and when I read Liz’s review of the welcome box, it states that shipping counts with the card, so theoretically you could pay nothing for an order. However, when I try to buy something for $15 with the $25 card, it gives me a $15 credit and still says I owe $6.80. Has anyone else had this problem?

I tried to use the coupon code a couple of days ago, but wasn’t able to complete my purchase. Now neither this coupon code, nor the 50% off code I received in my email two days ago are working… If these codes expire, they should tell people. I’m extremely upset that my code for $10 off will work but my 50% says “invalid code”. So frustrating!!

Please, please tell me that the gift card for shoptiques is still active. It will add so much to the value of this box. I just checked the website and they have tons of cute stuff for pretty reasonable prices. They wouldn’t send out an expired coupon when promoting this box, would they? I’d say a third of the reason I ordered it was for the shoptiques gift card.

Just signed up for this box with the coupon code. My web confirmation said I was receiving the Welcome Box, but my email confirmation says I’m receiving the Spring Box. I emailed customer service to confirm which box I’d be receiving. I definitely want the Welcome Box and not the Spring Box! Can’t wait to get it! I just hope I get it before I go on vacation; otherwise, it’ll sit in my mailbox for a week to ten days in the heat!

Yup! I just signed up for it & chatted with them & asked when the June box would be charged & they said beginning of June which is ample time for you to get this box & cancel! I got this box previously but am getting it again for that Gorge leave in spray! I LOVE that stuff & the price of this box with the discount is actually cheaper than the leave in by itself! ?

And for people interested in the swap value. I was able to swap the hair product and the eye cream without much problems, but the WREN little chain is unswappable. HOWEVER, it’s a great “last minute gift” for any girl or woman in your life.

Hi Liz!
Just a heads up, I just signed up on FabFitFun for the welcome box using this code.

The code worked. It said (below the entered promo code) that I was receiving the welcome box, BUT when the confirmation page appeared, it stated SPRING box.

I went to the “dashboard” page and it also said “Spring box.” I chatted with Jill from CS and she said:
“We no longer sell the welcome box as the initial box.
It can only be purchased additionally.
Let me see what I can do.”

A few minutes later, she replied:
“Thank you for letting us know this coupon is still active, it should not be. I will change your order so you receive the welcome box and not the spring box.
However, in june you will receive the summer box and so forth.”

After I thanked her, she said:
“Of course, thanks for informing me about this code. It is new I will look into it!
You will be all set though.”

FYI: The moral of this story is that the code currently is only getting you 50% off your first box. IF you indeed want the Welcome Box, you’ll have to contact customer service in order for your box selection to be changed.

Side note:
I thought the fast CS was great 🙂
