This review is of the G.O.A.T. Box.

Oddly, there was no information letter in my box this month! Oh well, stuff happens.

SKLZ Super Sandbag – Value $49.99

Wow, it’s a sandbag! It’s huge! It’s designed to carry up to 40 pounds. It also got great reviews on Amazon.

These four bags were inside. You fill them up with ten pounds of sand each and put inside the larger bag. So hardcore!

TufMed TufRelief Natural Muscle & Joint Rub – Value $17.99

This rub is for soothing swollen and sore muscles. It’s also water-based so you don’t have to worry about getting it on your clothes or sheets. Cool!

TS Fit Shaker Bottle – Value $5?

I couldn’t find this exact shaker bottle on the TS Fit website, but the link above goes to a similar one. We can always use more water and shaker bottles!

Chike Mocha Iced Coffee – Value $27.48

To put in the shaker bottle, Strength Crate sent us a big bag of iced coffee mix from Chike. It’s high protein and low sugar. I like the sound of that!

I found myself reading this pretty intently, so I thought you might like to see it too. It looks like there’s lots of good stuff in there! But there’s also a lot of things I don’t recognize. I think I’ll give it a try and see how it makes me feel.

Hylete Icon Lightweight Knee Length Socks – Value $20

These are pretty serious socks! They’re very supportive yet they breathe, and they also wick moisture!

VerdictStrength Crate is awesome! It’s very serious! I wish I had been a subscriber back when I used to do Crossfit; this would have been perfect. I think most of it is still really useful, though, for us regular gym rats. This is one of the few fitness boxes I’ve seen that wasn’t mainly samples of supplements, and I am so glad! The value of this month’s included items totals about $120, which is amazing for an $86 box! I think if you work out regularly, Strength Crate will help you see results faster, especially for people who work out hard!

  1. Is this sub only for women?

Wouof the sand bag have come in one of the smaller boxes too?

Just wondering. I know someone who might like being gifted this.

    • Hi Jessvii! It is definitely not just for women. I don’t know if the sandbag would have been included though. Maybe reach out to customer service? Hope this helps!
