We have the first spoiler item for the Spring 2016 FabFitFun box! (FYI - Spring boxes are not available for sale yet - if you sign up for a subscription now, your first box will be the Welcome Box, and then the Spring Box will be your second box). Each Spring 2016 FabFitFun box will include:

A Thirty One Bits $25 Gift Card! More about Thirty One Bits:

Our model is to empower people through the fashion industry. We work with our beneficiaries in Uganda to create fashionable, quality products. They earn an income enabling them to provide for their families. We care for them holistically through counseling, health education, finance training, and business mentorships. After five years in our program, our beneficiaries are ready to graduate. A graduated beneficiary has her own business and is educated, healthy, and confident. She is empowered.

And guess what? Everything we do is funded through product sales. That means every time you make a 31 bits purchase, you have a direct impact on women’s lives in Uganda.

And here is a look at some of their jewelry:

Here’s my sweet&spark code if anyone wants it FFF–se9b24df and also hello fresh three meals for new customers BD11t5z0U8 (not sure if that’s a zero or capital o). I hope someone can use it.

Love FFF. This will be my 3rd box. Even purchased the Welcome box. Don’t mind gift cards. Always find something even if I have to spend a few extra dollars. Have gotten the cutest stuff with the Shoptique cards. And the Nike card in the BFF box came in handy because I needed new sneakers. 🙂

I find this disappointing. I signed up for the Welcome Box with the 50% off deal. I’m waiting to see the spoilers before deciding whether to go for the spring box as well.

To me a coupon that obligates me to spend money in order to use it is worthless. It concerns me that they are showing this item as the first spoiler. I’ll wait for a second one, but if it isn’t great, I’ll probably cancel.

FYI – this isn’t the “official” first spoiler they are planning to release for the box. I am guessing we will have high value spoilers coming up! 🙂

Good!

I like receiving the gift cards. However, I wish it were to a company that offered free shipping regardless of the amount you’re spending. Thirty One Bits offers free shipping on orders over $75.

I went to the 31 bits website. They have beautiful stuff. Unfortunately free shipping doesn’t kick in until the $75 threshold. I put something in my cart for$19.60 and the lowest shipping option was $9.35

I often wonder who these sub gift cards benefit.

I think giving a gift card for jewelry is really smart. People are really picky about what they’ll wear (gold, silver, necklace, bracelet, etc) that this way FFF doesn’t have to worry about making everyone happy — you can choose what you like!

Ooooh I canceled my account after last fall’s box… and I don’t really feel like I missed out on the winter box… That said, getting a box for $25 is tempting me to sign back up (even if it’s just for the one box)

Just a heads up – it is 50% off the Welcome box and then you’ll receive the Spring box ($49.99) as part of the subscription that was started once you sign up for the Welcome box. I signed up for this and got the email that I received 50% off the Welcome box and would receive the Spring box at the regular price. Not happy.

Just a reminder that, at least in California, if the terms of the subscription and cancellation were not made clear on the check out page, you have the right to cancel and anything they send you is considered a “gift” under the law.

Lori

It was in Liz’s post – I just missed it. I guess I need more coffee!

Yawn…. But I will use it haha

I think it’s awesome! Whether it’s a gif

I really strongly dislike getting gift cards in subscription boxes. However, 50% off is very tempting!

Wow that didn’t let me finish. I think it’s awesome whether it’s a coupon code or gift card. You can get beautiful jewelry from a organization that’s making a difference in people’s lives either for free or at a discounted rate, plus it’s also spreading awareness about a company I didn’t know existed! I’m excited to get the spring box and check out the Bits 31 items.

This is not enough to get me to sign up again.

Well, I’ll use it but it’s not the most exciting spoiler is it? I’m not jumping out of my seat. . . but I’ll go check out the website now. Meh.

Finally! A spoiler for the spring box!!

… and it’s a $25 gift card. That’s… unusual. O.o I just hope it turns out to be an actual gift card, not a coupon.
