Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. They offer over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences.
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to trash snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Anytime Energizer (cherry, pear and walnut)
Beach Bum (pineapple, coconut flakes, and chewy banana coins)
I get a lot of dried fruit snacks with my Graze snack settings since I avoid dairy and gluten, and these portion sizes are perfect for sweet treats. These were both delicious - I like that the Anytime Energizer snack was a mix of dried fruits with nuts - keeping it from being too sweet, and I love all things pineapple and banana, so Beach Bum is always a good snack for me!
Natural Vanilla Seeds (vanilla pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
Eleanor's Apple Crumble (soft apple pieces, raisins and cinnamon honey almonds)
These seeds are sweetened, so they're a bit of a dessert snack as well. I like them but unlike the other snacks in this box I didn't feel the need to finish them immediately, so I might remove them from my snack list on Graze.
The Eleanor's Apple Crumble is probably my favorite snack Graze makes - the cinnamon honey almonds are delicious and the result tastes as good as an apple pastry! I would be happy to just get a box full of 4 of these each week!
Verdict: I’ve been very happy with Graze’s snack mixes – they’re delicious, and I like that you can customize them for how healthy you need them to be, and/or other food needs and preferences. Of course the one gripe I always have about this box remains the same – the snacks are so good and the portions so small, that I normally end up eating the whole box in one day!
