I had some awful luck with this box. I love subscription boxes so my husband got me this one as a gift. Kept it for only three cycles. Shipping took two to two and a half weeks past date shipped. The items were nice but often too expensive to justify the price. My last box never showed as shipped making it impossible to check out and putting us at risk to pay for the whole box. Customer service isn’t bad. Just cancelling is a pain.

Buyer Beware – I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription for over a week now – no one replies to emails or chat requests… getting concerned. Also – their house brand clothes are very cheaply made and their “boutique” brands seem like clearance rack specials. Stay far, far away…

I’ve been on the wait list since Late December…. Emailed about it and got no answer, cancelled that one thinking it was a fluke, signed up again in February and was again put on the wait list…. Still haven’t gotten off or heard from them.

I would be worried trying on clothes in the 200-300 range at home. I can see my dog unexpectedly jumping on me or my little guy wanting to hug me with dirty hands. I hope everyone gets off the waiting list quickly.

I signed up for the blue jeans express box using a coupon we got in some sub box earlier this year.. Anyway they sent me a $400 pair of vegan leather leggings to try on and I could not even bring myself to try them on, I was terrified of something bad happening!!

I tried this for two months free and they were the poorest quality, highest priced clothes ever. :/ Stitch fix and Golden Tote are way more worth it.

Since it’s really risk free, I decided to try it out and it claimed before I checked out that I would get my shipment on the 25th. After the fact of checking out and giving the my card info I get an email telling me I’m actually wait-listed due to too many orders and when they get an extra stylist I’ll get my first shipment. That really upsets me, why lie before I checkout and claim I’ll get my shipment on the 25th? Everyone that signs up should consider this before actually doing it, you’ll be told at first that your getting it in around a week but your actually not getting it for who knows how long? I read someone’s been on the wait list since April, so I’m not expecting it anytime soon and may just cancel. I don’t like the thoughts of a company having my card on file for that long before I actually get anything!

Agree with Cheri – the clothes were really poor quality and designed for 21 yr olds going to a nightclub. I love Stitch Fix, so I have a good context for comparison! Also it took several tries to cancel.

The stylist fee is free for two months, do we still get $20 off the price of we buy something? I would do it if we did, probably not but its worth asking! Lol

I just signed up and my order is shipping the 24th of this month. You might want to double check with them.
