Vince Camuto Bella Rollerball - Value $22
This is a light and fresh floral scent - and I think the packaging and the fragrance are perfect for a Spring box. Here is the official description since I'm somewhat terrible at describing perfume scents:
Bella celebrates allure, passion and sensuality. Nectarine blossoms, Italian bergamot, and jasmine water against the sultry base of white amber create the vibrantly warm, intoxicating bouquet that is Bella. This sparkling, floral fruity fragrance captures the seduction of beauty.
Vichy ProEven Daily Dark Spot Corrector - Value $45
I've been using this for a few days and so far I like the formula. It's paraben-free and designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. I love how quickly the formula absorbs and the smooth finish it leaves for applying makeup. The only drawback I have with this product is that it is scented. The fragrance isn't too strong, but in general I prefer my moisturizers/serums/etc. to be fragrance-free.
Fusion Beauty Lip Fusion InFATuation in Pucker Up - Value $29
This lip gloss gives a ton of shine and a good amount of color without any stickiness. It really starts tingling as soon as you put it on. I had it on for about 5 minutes before I decided to wipe it off. It's not that the tingling was irritating, but it was a little distracting!
Bodyography Cream Eye Shadow in Shimmer - Value $20
I wasn't too impressed with this eye shadow. It's a cream pink base with shimmery powders added on top. The copper shimmer is highly pigmented, but the pink cream beneath was giving me very little pigment, so it won't be useful to me after I use up the pigmented powder on the top.
Laura Geller Inkcredible Gel Eyeliner Pencil in Brown Eyed Girl - Value $20
I found this eyeliner to be super easy to apply - it glides on beautifully and stays put too.
Orogold 24K Bionic Complex Thermal Mask - Value $298
That's not a typo - this mask retails for $298! I would never pay that much for a mask, but it is nice to try the full-size version for a very small fraction of the cost.
I know from reading comments on the March GlossyBox review that Orogold has a not-so-great reputation when it comes to sales and fake reviews, but the products themselves seem fine. I gave this mask a try for 10 minutes. (You're supposed to leave it on for 15, but I get antsy with masks). It's just like a cream/lotion mask, and you massage it onto your skin, leave it there for the allotted time, then rinse it off. I like that it doesn't have any scent, and it seemed gentle enough, but I didn't notice a big difference in my skin after removing it. (Maybe it is for the best - I don't need to fall in love with a $300 an ounce mask!)
Verdict: This box has a retail value of about $434 - even without the $298 retail value form the mask, I think it is a great value for a $40 box. My favorite discovery in this box is the Vichy ProEVEN, and the eyeliner is a great staple too.
