Squid ink is great–it just adds salty flavor. It’s a very common ingredient in Italian pasta in places like Venice. Looks like a great box to me–I’ve wanted a dryer for a long time but have never actually bought one. It will be great for drying plastic bags too!

The ink issue is based on ethical considerations (the killing of highly intelligent non-domestic animals for food).
